Instead of selling me simply what I asked for he asked what my goal was. After seeing I needed something completely different he guided me in the steps to get where I needed to be. Definitely will be back”
“I've been to this store three times and each time I've received excellent customer service. My visits on 7/2 and 7/3 ensured I will return. On 7/2 the gentleman I spoke with helped me figure out how to get a sample so that I could match touch-up paint left by the builder. I returned the next day and the clerk Vanessa mixed the paint for me and told me if it was not a good match to return and they would redo it. This kind of service is rare and makes for happy customers.”

“Amazing help today at this Ace Hardware. I had to replace the valves in my shower in a 70 year old house. Not only did they have exactly what I needed, but Michael in the plumbing department knew what I needed and how to do the job. It took 2 trips. 1 for the tool to remove the valves and the 2nd to take my old valve in and get the replacement. All in all I spent less time getting the job done than I spent at the other Hardware store in town just trying to get help.”
