She is knowledgeable and confident, and customers say she is friendly, affordable, and fair priced. Dogs look amazing after visits. A Dutch Shepherd mix was first groomed at Pampered Paws; Ruthie sat down, petting the dog to make it relaxed, then trimmed nails, brushed, and cleaned. Customers praise her great customer service, cheaper than vets, and say they will return.

    Ruthie worked miracles today with my Wheaton terrier. High strung. Anxious. Biting. Etc. Before Ruthie we had to sedate her to groom her. Ruthie took control with firmness and kindness and did a full grooming in an hour. She is very knowledgeable and confident. I highly recommend her and be using her again.
