Confusion between the 2 Quest labs being so close together is comman. Make sure you know which one your appointment is being serviced by.

The appointment system works great if you have a cell phone. You will get a text message to check in when you park and when they're ready for you to come in they text you to come in to the waiting room. I got done in less than 10 minutes
