I don't know where to start. First off I rarely never do this. But needed to show my gratitude to Redi-Mark some how because thank you isn't enough. I placed the last minute order for next day service then had a family emergency pop up. Redi-Mark was able to have me a plaque ready overnight to present with to my staff. The emotions felt when presented Thank you all for making our moment magical. He had dust in his eyes ?.

I was in a rush and I needed some engraving work done the same day and I found this place in a yelp search. Luckily, it was a day that they were actually open... they do have limited days during the week. I came in right when they opened and they were able to accommodate my rush request. The do great work and I was more that happy with the craftmanship that I received.

Decided to try and give this establishment a bit of local business as I typically use Jay's trophy shop in Modesto as we use hundreds if not thousands of bakelite style labels on HVAC units. My first mistake was not asking for a quote and just having them make the order no questions asked.... I had basically the same order the day before a Jay's trophy shop in Modesto which came to a grand total of $286.00 dollars and 2 more labels that the order I placed here.... To my surprise they charged me over $600.00 dollars which I was floored.... and it took them twice as long to fulfill the order.... The work was good as for the 2 stars but the prices was unbelievable..... This is to bad. They could of gained alot of new business....

We have been using Redi-Mark for years for my companies Safety Awards and Trophies. They are always prepared in a timely manner and the staff is always very helpful and professional. This is a great business that takes pride in what they do and always delivers great work.
