Worst experience at a pharmacy in my life. Showed up at 9AM to fill a simple prescription, and they told me they didnt accept VA insurance. They told me I'd have to pay. I left and I called the VA and it turns out this location is an approved VA pharmacy.
Went back at 1PM, and they still couldn't figure out how to bill the VA, so they wanted me to pay again, but offered me a discount. Took ages for them to fill the prescription (even though it had been 5 hours from the time I first showed up at this point) and I had to leave to attend a work meeting.
3 hours of my day (and abour to be my third trip across town) so far at Rite Aid for them to fumble around, make me pay for something I'm covered for, and waste my time. My expectations weren't high, but this is ridiculous.
Update: I gave them the billing information given to me by the VA, and they were still telling me it won't work. I ended up having to pay. Spent half my day at Rite Aid and paid for medicine I am supposed to receive free. Never coming here again.

Love this location. I’ve had many poor experiences with pharmacies in general. The store and pharmacy always feels welcoming and provides great service.

I was greeted by the cashier as I came in the store. He also helped me locate products that I was looking for. The store is neat, clean and well stocked. The prices are competitive and the sales are great.

My daughter’s prescription was out of stock at Tracy Rite Aid and Manteca Rite Aid filled it immediately. The pharmacists and staff are friendly and helpful.

There is a manager lady here who profiled me from day one. She won't let me in if I have bag. She even demanded receipt for a prescription. I can't get a prescription from pharmacy without payment. Was told she came from Walmart. Regardless, she has kept me from buying anything here.

This is the slowest and disorganized drug store. I speak mainly about the pharmacy. One has to wait in line to get a question answered, pick out the items needed, which may include other pharmacy items, and then being told you have to pay at different checkouts. While in line I saw at least two customers who were there to pick up prescriptions and were told they were not ready. Each of these customers originally were given a time to come back. Even then, the prescriptions were not ready.

Terrible. Service. I waited all day for medication and the driver lied and said he attempted to drop off. He never came. Now he driving around with my medication and they can't reach him. The woman over the phone has an attitude and doesn't want to help me. This is crazy. I have never been through this..

Worst store ever. My wife went to go buy Christmas wrapping paper that was advertised in their Thanksgiving Day ad. Of coarse, they won't honor it. I will never shop there. Rite Aid is just one big rip off scam.

This is definitely where I want to get ice cream at. The price for the amount is all worth it! It gets busy when schools out. The guy was nice and patient. There was chips close by and he was able to ring it up with our ice cream order. My friend suggested an ice cream so I will be coming back soon when a craving for ice cream comes up.Parking is available and they are close to a Dollar Tree. Food is in the area as well. Perfect run for all things needed and a treat.

For anyone who needs to know this the pharmacists are not available until they return from lunch until 2:45 PM. I have been trying to work with the pharmacy for several months and each month my heart medication is not ready on time. Even though they have said that they would send it in to the doctors office before I run out not AFTER I run out and then I call them for my refill to be filled by them and for them to tell me, “Oh we had to wait for you to call us.” WHAT???? Why wait for me to call for my refill? I need my medication at the same on the same day each month. It’s been really scary going without all my heart medications for several weeks in between my regular doses.

The store is clean, uncluttered, we’ll lighted, kind helpful staff and despite the couple of homeless people outside the store this place was better than I expected!! I even went home and told my husband my experience!
