Been going here for 20 years with 5 different vehicles. I won't go back again!! It's the 2nd time in a row they dumped oil on the motor because the tech wasn't paying attention because he was laughing and joking with another tech. At least this time they rinsed it but still had some burn it off. I have Becker Muscular Dystrophy so sitting to standing is hard for me. I think they took me standing in the window as a sign of impatients so they did that intentional slow down BS. Because as soon as 1 other car showed up the other 4 guys (1 of them I think is the shop manager) went to that car while the tech on my truck redid just about everything a 3rd time by himself.
