Excellent service from the manager Matthew and crew. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome, they made it fun to be there. I was having some issues with my phone which they were able to fix in no time. They also got me set up with a great deal on a watch. Highly recommend this location.

There is no way anyone honest can give this place 5 stars. Every time I go in there the associates act like you are bothering them and are a huge inconvenience. If you are not of Hispanic descent you will be acknowledged when they feel like it despite you arriving first. This has happened on 2 separate occasions with 4 separate employees.They pick and chose who they help and when. On top of that they have no clue what they are doing and will each tell you something different that contradicts what the last employee told you. Back in October my daughter's phone which is about 2 years old stopped charging. We figured the charging port was worn out with wear and tear so we paid the deductible ($100) and the new phone arrived at my home within 2 days. Fast forward to 12-13-2023 and now the new 2-month-old phone is not charging despite her having an expensive protective case with a charging port dust cover and using mostly wireless charging. The employee sat us down and said it would be a "warranty return" and they charge a $5 "warranty fee" even though they gave us a defective phone. While processing that she asks, "So if you were to add another line to your account who would that be for?" Huh?!?!?!?! Who said anything about adding a new line and why would it be her business who it was for if I was to even entertain such a random weird question? Then her next question was if I want to upgrade to a different phone. I had to tell her at this rate I didn't want anything other than to switch service providers. So after she processes the return she said it will be there in 2 days. LIE#1. Here we are on 12-15-2023 and still no phone. They told me to contact 611 customer care to track the phone since they can't pull up my account over the phone yet she asked for my first and last name and mentioned it being a "warranty return" over the phone during this call. I only asked if the phone had arrived since it was 1 day past the ETA. So there is Lie #2 they can and will pull up your acct. Just called customer care and they said it will arrive next week! Then the guy told me , "Hey we did our part so call UPS and take it out on them." WTFFFFFFFF?!?!?! Is it taught in their initial training to be rude and dumb as fk? Is it a requirement to lie and be racist? So my daughter is just not going to have a phone for a whole week but they are still charging me for service she can't use because her phone won't charge. Then the tower was down all day yesterday so all day being charged for service we can't use on any of the phones. The towers go down once a month for 1-3 days and they will claim it's an upgrade, yet the towers go down regularly. What kind of "upgrade" is that. So, I decided Verizon is the way to go. Went to Verizon store yesterday and spoke with the nicest associate who explained everything in detail to make the transition smooth. Can't wait to go back over there and make the switch. This T-Mobile store is an absolute joke and full of liars and incompetent rude people who helped me decide after 22 years it's time to switch to a more reliable and respectful company. So you have been warned!

I'm solely giving Mariah who was working this evening of 10.24.23 the review and stars- her customer service was absolutely amazing. She not once seemed to judge me and my situation rather she gave me alternative options to help me. I greatly appreciate this woman. She had each side of her nose pierced. Thank you again Mariah!

Just switched from AT&T to T-Mobile today. Right away Mariah helped my mom and I get started. She was super informative about existing promos and had great customer service. The whole process to change lines was a bit time consuming but I understand some of the hiccups were out of her control.

I go inside the store as I have for the last 20 years to pay my bill and big surprise i gotta pay extra 5$ to pay bill in a store. After being a customer for 20 years i now will be using another service. Way to go T mobile . STUPID!

Your actual bill would be about $55 but if you pay your bill late you will get charged an extra $27. $7 late fee + $20 re connection fee that's a whole half your bill being added as an extra charge. Not worth their services unless you do prepaid!

Quick and easy! I came into the store on a random Tuesday night because my phone was not working and I was not able to use it. I wanted the IPhone 14 and Terrence approached me. He explained to me the differences between all the IPhones and went out of his way to get the right color I wanted. He also helped me pick out the cutest case and pop socket. Had the best experience thanks to him!

Took some time to get assistance and then when I did, 2 reps were helping me at once ? really friendly though, good salesperson too - talked me into signing up for a monthly plan ? From the outside I've never seen this store super crowded, which is good if you ever need to talk with someone from T-Mobile in person, they'll likely have the availability to help you right away.
