Deceptive. When items are on sale in the store, those sale prices aren't honored. The cashier will just say "no, this is the price." I was in a hurry and not going to argue over $7, but that kind of deception adds up. No one went to check or change the signage.My receipt didn't get emailed to me, so I can't take it up with corporate. Now that I think about it, when I ask for emailed receipts at this location, I never get them. Wonder why.

I appreciate a well-arranged and well-supplied store, and this store is both. Good customer service is top notch for any business, and I've always been helped with anything I may need at Staples, most recently by Rene who walked me through a simple procedure to get my new computer talking with my older printer. All the rabbit holes I had been down over the last week were dead ends and Rene had the simple solution that made my day. Stock and supply is one thing, but employees with answers is golden. My thanks!

5 stars for all of the employees, especially Greg.I came in this morning to get some drawings copied. Greg came quickly to help me at the print center desk. I had the file on a usb drive and it took just a few minutes for him to place the order in the computer and download my file. He was very professional, freindly and helpful.He let me know it would be ready in about an hour (paid for express) and they called me in about 30 minutes to let me know it was done.Quick, professional and helpful, thank you to everyone who helped me today

I went here a couple days ago to use their printing services. I submitted my print job online before 2 PM to pick up later that day for same-day printing. There was a little delay in getting my paper printed, but it was done before 8:30 PM which was the promised time! I know most places are short staffed and I was told there was a queue and they have to print in order, so it's totally understandable. If you want to wait less, there is a small fee if you want expedited printing done!When I went to the store to pick up I spoke to Danny at the printing counter and he was great! Super friendly and thorough and answered any questions I had. Other staff members I interacted with were also very friendly, including the person I spoke to on the phone earlier that day when I was checking in on my print job.

This store (Printing Dept to be fair) has to be the worst by far in the entire Staples chain. I ordered same day business cards the night before around 11:30pm expecting to pick them up the next day by giving them a head start. The following day I called to check status mid morning. A girl helped me and asked for my phone number so they could call me as soon as they were ready. No call by 6:00pm so I went in to the store to check. The guy behind the counter looked for 20 minutes. I imagine because their completed project shelf was so vast dwarfing that of an NFL stadium. He came back to the counter to tell me that they didn't even get started on them and the girl that was responsible went home already without finishing the days orders. He then told me "well it looks like they aren't getting done today. I explained I paid for same day business cards and he proceeded to argue with me that they got the order after 12:00am that same morning. I asked him what that mattered since I had until 2:00pm to place the order. He remained focused on telling me I ordered them that day and they had until 8:30pm to complete the order. I hope you can see where this was going!I then told him "great, then will they be done by 8:30pm like you just stated to me?" He looked me off and started blundering his next few sentences. I asked if they can transfer the order to another Staples that has staff that hasn't gone home yet. He didn't even call another location. Instead, he began to tell me that other stores "PROBABLY" wouldn't print them and he still hadn't even attempted to call anyone else. I further explained someone took my information down around 10:00am when I called and assured me they were starting them and would call me as soon as they were done and that I received no call and I was pretty sure I was never going to receive a call from anyone.His response to me was "yah so anyways they aren't going to be done". That's when I came to grips with the fact that he was the problem and not necessarily the store. So in all fairness, I'll give this branch a 3 star review and the "I hate my job and people" employee a 1 star.

We want to think both Monica and Nick and the entire Staples team in the copy center for getting our order done and turned around in less than 24 hours. It was for a celebration of life and they were able to accommodate us, going above and beyond for our family. We are so appreciative of your efforts. We have worked with Monica several times and she's outstanding! Thank you again Staples for taking care of our family during our time of need!

Always and issue with their printing services! Just take the drive to Tracy and save yourself the headache. I placed an order yesterday for pick up today and Vicki just called me at 2:10 to tell me their printers were completely down. Why would they wait till after 2:00pm to call me?! Why not call me in the morning and let me know the printers were not working?! (She said they have been down for a bit) Now I am unable to place the order at another location for same day pickup. And they are unable to refund my order today.

The print center has some very rude and unprofessional employees. I got a board made and it was a smudge that was hard to remove. The employee had an attitude and when I brought it up, I was told "okay you want anything?". There is no discussion. They don't call you to pick up and I had to call to see if it was ready. They said it would be ready in an hour but I got it after a week. Again, it was damaged. I got a refund through a manager and went to another print shop. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We went to Staples today because we had trouble printing a form to send to DMV. Vicki came over to help & she did it all for us. Very friendly, helpful & knew what she was doing.Then I left my phone & Vicki & manager Rick had it put back for me. What a relief.Thanks Staples,Nancy

I went to Staples in Manteca to have our Vaccination cards (5) laminated for FREE. They did a superb job as they laminate the original ones, unlike at Office Depot in Stockton where they make copies of the original (front and back) and laminate only the copies.Quality-wise, Staples uses a thicker plastic than Office Depot, plus I have to return 1 at OD as the flimsy plastic opened at the top and bottom ends.
