Trust me Dont Waste Youre time here poor quality workmanship had to take my 02 f150 back for repainting and second time was worst now the paint is peeling off the quarter panel they repainted. I was going to let them paint my 73 T/A muscle car but now i wouldnt let them touch it even for free check reviews before you hire any shops lot of them talk a pretty game its hard to find honest people it Sucks. This is the worse body shop in the whole state with people that have no clue on how to repair and paint a car shame on them again STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE GIVING AWAY MONEY.

I wouldn't give these people any stars I had taken my car here and when I got it back there was about a thousand dollars worth of stuff missing out of my car they kept promising they would reimburse me that never happened its going on a year now they were rude it took them a month to do minor repairs please do not send ur car to these people

Sent by insurance, they never called for estimated, when I drove in for estimate their excuse for not calling was they did not have my phone number(then call AAA And get it), gave cell phone number to use, appt given for 7 days later. Took car in, never called to say ready, called myself 7 days later. It was ready. Picked up, window buttons popped out, door speaker now broken. Went back 7 days later, "will fix if ok with insurance" REALLY, will call back. 4 days later I called my insurance to see what to do, forwarded me to Jeff, bring in tomorrow. Just drove away, window buttons popped out again. Too much to deal with when I was already frustrated with someone vandalizing my car anyway.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They are super incompetent. My husband was in an accident last October and we have taken our car in 4 times with the same problem. They told us there is a lifetime warranty and then said that if they have to fix it again now 7 months after it should have been fixed they will not be able to cover under warranty due to wear and tear. Well turns out it's not the same repair this time because they are now fixing the root of the problem which should have been fixed to begin with. They had the car 3 days telling us the part would be in but they ordered for the wrong car not our faoult. Now they have had for 4 days and would not provide us with a rental. I am so sick of their incompetence and the fact that they refuse to honor any more repairs on the warranty. Don't advertise lifetime if you don't mean it. If you fixed it right the first time it wouldn't be a problem.

I took my car in for insurance repairs. When it was done, they did not call and leave a message. The insurance company contacted me, and I went in to pick up the car. They said it took too long, and charged me a $75 fee. Even though their own records showed there was no message left. Then I found that the interior door handle was completely broken off and missing.

Their communication skills are lacking. They said they would call the next day with an estimate and they never did. When I called late in the day to ask, they said they didn't get to it and would call me the following day. I called again late in the day and they said oh yes, I have that for you. Then they said the car would be ready the next day. I called late in the day again to be sure I could pick it up and found out that the car hadn't been looked at yet. Going to pick up my car and take it somewhere else. This is ridiculous.

I just picked up my car after having the hood replaced. Upon inspection I found that my fender had received an 18 long scratch, there was dirt mixed in with the paint on the hood leaving it feeling like sand paper and the hood was not aligned properly. Stay away from these huys.

Wonderful, friendly & very helpful staff! I was treated like family! One of the gentlemen that works here even bought my son chips from the vending machine because I didn't have change :) Highly recommend!!!
