Bad attitude Andy! The owner is in Indian man Mandeep, he is extremely annoying. He was rude. He was ignorant. Impolite. Unprofessional! I came to an establishment I didn't come into your home have a better attitude this is America. Yes, I am entitled to walk into an establishment and be treated with respect, as are all other customers. He's the owner and the manager of his UPS yet he don't even have time to ring a customer up. He apparently does not have time for customers, why own a business, haha oh yeah just for the income! He walks to the back so he does not have to help. He leaves the one Mexican girl in the front to take care of all the morning customers to herself. Leave it to somebody with a bad attitude to ruin a business. If you just want to print one thing, you will pay for the price of your printing whether black and white or color cost more, also that is not the only fee you pay. He considers using the computer one to 15 minutes and he charges $2.50. so you will pay taxes on top of the computer fee on top of whatever you print including how many sheets or color or black and white.

Best UPS Store I've been to, even if there is a long line they always find a way to speed it up, friendly service, I drive across town to come to this ups store.

Hours are 10am-2pm on Sundays. Locking the doors before 1:55pm is not 2pm.Please adhere to your posted business hours.

Online schedules dont match. Says it closes at 5Pm but really 4pm? Or who knows

Online hours don't match posted hours. Should probably stay open until 5pm on Saturdays like the other location in Manteca, because they get slammed with customers in that last hour. It would be beneficial for both your customers and employees.

Really fast and friendly service. I had to print one piece of paper and sent the file via email to their computer for printing. The cost of print itself was only 25c but they charged $2.50 for computer use, which I thought was a bit pricy. Other than that, great service; plus very convenient for Amazon returns.

Everything about the store is ok. Just a regular ups. The prices are a lot more expensive than the ups store located by Safeway. But I guess if you're in a hurry or this one is closer.... Use this one. But you won't find me here ever again. It's a rip off in ( my opinion)

Customer service and pricing was very lacking.Had a package I needed to send out yesterday as a business with an account with UPS. Tried to do it online , for $30 according to the website. For some reason, it wouldn't let me print the label, but wasn't fussed because that location is usually helpful to process shipments for me. Went in and asked to send a shipment with the customer's account number, they said to do that I'd need to send the shipment via 2nd day or overnight, which would have been very expensive so I decided to eat the charge. She asked for my phone number, and delivery info, and I gave it all to her. She said it would be around $20, cool but I needed insurance on it. Bounced up to $50. I asked if they were using my account and the guy said again, I can't do that unless I send it 2nd day or overnight. I can't even use my own account at UPS to send something Ground? The guy was very snarky and proceeded to tell me I should have just printed a label online, like I didn't just say that it wouldn't let me print it online. Wonderful customer service! The lady was nice, just very new, the guy there (wish I got his name) needs some more customer service training.
