I'm not quite sure which bank is worse between U.S. Bank, and Bank of America. They only have one ATM in the city of Manteca. After that you can either go to modesto Stockton or Tracy is the furthest the teller recommended me to go to Tracy to pull out my money when their atm isn't working, the people that work here or not very friendly or helpful with your concern of not being able to pull money out when you need it I am very unsatisfied with this place and their customer service. I will now be closing my account and banking elsewhere.

Incompetent workers. The lady's working there were extremely rude and didn't want to work or help me make an account. I just needed to exchange bills and they said a "glitch" would happen if they tried after 5. Hope they get fired so they get a "reality check"

The bank usually only has 2 employees visible at any given time. I've never seen more than that so it tends to take a while in line. But when you do make it to the window you get great customer service. Every encounter I've had was very pleasant. The tellers are very nice and get you through your transaction as quickly as they can. It's not their fault there are usually only 1-2 of them working windows. The ATM is super slow but that seems to be an issue with all US Bank atms.

This bank is slow most of the time I have to wait In short lines but it takes the tellers forever. Only 1-2 teller at a time they should have 3-4 working at all times. I wish my company used a different bank as they do not offer direct deposit.

It's a shame that at this time with the way the world is right now that they are charging $40.00 dollar late fees or any amount of late fees on credit cards........ very disappointed!!!!

I banked here for two years. The tellers were not an knowledgeable as you would expect. They were befuddled on a couple of transactions that I tried to complete. Also they were not all that friendly. I switched over to Chase Bank Manteca and am glad that I did.

I've been banking here at US Bank for over 10yrs. This morning I asked the Assistant Manager if I deposit a cashiers check (that is from US Bank) would the funds be released today? She said yes, so I deposited at the ATM as instructed but then to find out that my funds are being held and not released today. Asst. Mgr should've of told me to cash it inside the bank then deposit the money - instead now I have to wait?? I don't understand -- this is a US Bank Cashiers check that was issued from this US Bank, yet I cannot get the funds?? Please explain?

First off ive had a business account at us bank for 10 years. I live in Manteca so this is my go to bank location. This time a year my business is on slower side so basically need to deposit checks a few times a week to take care of bills. Came in last week a tried to deposit check in atm and it. Shot me out a receipt satling there was a error with deposit took the check. So I went inside and told teller that it was a check for 300.00 and she ask are you sure nunerous to.es like I was lying to her. She needs to be retrained on customer service. I told her if you don't believe me open atm and get check out she said the manager was already gone abd I had to wait 7-10 days until resolved. I think that is bull. I'm going to take my business elsewhere slowly but surely

Made a $50,000 deposit. Bank placed a hold on that deposit( understandable), but froze all my other accounts because they claim they have to wait for the check to clear. My two other accounts should still be accessible via atm card. I'm very upset and now I'm being held hostage ! Looking to close my accounts when check clears. Their online banking is somewhat antiquated and unclear.

Can't stand this ATM at this location it seems to be always down whenever you need it! Ridiculous! This is a giant owned bank corporation and they have only one US bank ATM in Manteca? Plus it's outdated compared to other financial institutions! Ridiculous! I have complained numerous times about this ATM and it's always broken. Plus the fact that it doesn't take cash in the ATM like other banks do is horrible. There are times I need to deposit cash and I can't because the ATM doesn't take it right away and add it to your account.

I consider the handling of my money, which I work hard for, to be a holy mission. U.S. Bank fails completely. I had a U.S. bank account about four years ago then closed it because of mediocre service. They are way behind the times. At the time, Chase had the ATM where you could deposit just the check; with U.S. bank, you needed an envelope, too. There were other significant customer issues, too. I returned to U.S. bank, while keeping my account at a competing bank about six months ago because of a promotion. Same U.S. Bank, no change. On Thursday I (attempted) to transfer money to another bank. Today, I looked at my U.S. Bank account and the transfer had not been made. I contacted customer service and they said, "We don't see that a transfer was made." I will be closing the U.S. Bank account and won't return another time. It's not worth the hassle!

I recently opened a business account with USBank in Manteca. Joshua was great! Set up everything for me! Very nice people. I look forward to doing my banking here!
