My family and I went in to see the offers they have for switching companies. Anthony helped us out and gave us an amazing offer. He was super friendly, kind, and patient especially since we were very indecisive. He made my family and I super comfortable and made us laugh a lot . He had such amazing customer service and we left super happy . Thank you again Anthony we truly appreciate your help.

I was offered promotion with getting a new Apple 15 plus, and even scheduled an appointment to get my old phone exchanged... When I got in, the rep could not figure out what like of promo I got when O spoke to the original Rep... I explained that my plan is already set n the system, and that I m there just to exchange equipment, but he sent me away, so my time was wasted... Now I need to go again, when his manager will be in to figure that out..,

My sister and I went to this Verizon in Daniels St to upgrade our phones. We had the absolute worst experience there. My sister had to preorder her phone and when she went with my dad to pick it up a week later, they were turned away because the salesperson Miriam, advised her co-worker not to close the sale since she was off that day.We then made an appt. to ensure we received prompt service, but that was a waste of time. When my sister and I arrived, there was a line of customers. Miriam saw us, welcomed us in the store and when she finished with her current guest, she took another customer and made us wait 40min past our appt. She also advised another co-worker who became available while we were waiting to NOT help us, and to take another guest.When she finally serviced us, we explained to her calmly that we were unhappy with what happened, and she was dismissive and put the blame on us. She also lied to us about the sale being locked to her , so she had to do the sale. We later found out that sales are transferable internally and that any salesperson could have assisted us.After we got home, my sister realized the eSim card was not activated. We tried to do it ourselves and even called customer support, but we were advised to return to the store. Miriam, as a trained associate, should have done this in store but didn’t because we complained about her service .When we returned to the store, we asked Miriam to come and help us when she had a moment, and she ignored us and kept on assisting other customers, making us wait even longer. Miriam also kept looking at us while we waited, smiling because we were visibly upset. We had to get in front of another associate and ask her to help us. When we explained what happened, she just defended her coworker.When she finished setting up the eSIM card, we asked to speak to the manager, but we were told different things about when the manager was returning. We were ignored, and another associate yelled at me and my sister, told us we “had bad customer service” ( we don’t even work there),just because we told him we were treated poorly by all of them. I told him I was going to complain about him as well and he said “sounds great, have a great day”.Please don’t go to this location. If I could give 0 stars I would. The employees there are rude, disrespectful and have terrible customer service.

I went to this location today to trade in my phone and had the absolute worst experience. All of the employees had terrible customer service, were rude, and disgusting. The person who "helped" me, Myriam, was so interested in the sale that she advsied a coworker, that was available to help, to send me home because she wasn't there to get the sale herself. When I came in on another day, the employees yelled at us, ignored us, and blamed us for their shortcomings. Not one of the employees there gave us their time of day. Avoid this location.If could give 0 stars, I would. Vile people.

If anyone is looking for some help with their Verizon account go this store and as to speak with Manuel D.I’ve been actively attempting to get my wife’s phone line switched to my business account for 6months now. I called into the Verizon business customer service number a dozen times.For some reason no one was able to get the phone line switched over for months. I walked into the Verizon store and my issue was resolved within 10 minutes

I work in customer service. I understand that people make mistakes and sometimes have off days. The employees here have the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing in my life. I was ignored over and over during my SCHEDULED appointment time while the employees were attending other customers and when I was finally attended I was yelled at. Miriam specifically was incredibly rude to me and unhelpful when I spoke with her. It's astounding that this location hasn't been shut down for how absolutely grotesque the workers treat their customers.

On Oct 19, 2023 we went to the store to upgrade a phone on my account. The employee did a customer agreement @7:40pm and set it up for device payments. I did not want to pay payments on the device so I asked the representative to fix it and I paid in full for the new device in full. A second agreement was done at 7:50pm. Both agreements for the same new device. The employee said they would delete the first agreement. IT WAS NOT DELETED. I am now being charged device payments for a device I paid for in full. I have called and went to the store numerous times to try to resolve this problem. I have been assured that this problem would be corrected at corporate but it has noT AS I am STILL being charged device payments. I do not understand why it is so hard to get a manager from your store to correct the error that was made or EVEN CALL ME BACK!!

Need help with your phone or service issue? Drive here, wait 20 minutes and then be told You have to go online or call customer service. Broken or stolen phone? Call Customer service then be told we cannot do anything you have to pay off your phone or open a new line to get a phone. Verizon is a overpriced joke. Unless you're in a bad coverage zone go to ANYONE else. Went to a A rival and same plan and everything I'm paying $80 VS 150.
