My family and I went to go get new phones, we ordered my phone and my sister's phone because we needed the higher gigabyte phone. When we went to pick up our phones we thought it would be an easy process but we were greatly mistaken, it took 2 hours just to pay for our phones which is ridiculous. The employee helping us was nice but had no idea what she was doing, she mentioned she was training, so it was confusing when the other girl said she would do it all by herself. The training employee would ask the other girl for help and she would be ignored. Throughout the process the more experienced employee was saying we skewed our words when she asked open ended questions. Overall our experience was not very good and I would recommend a different verizon store if you want a more enjoyable experience.

Great place do go get a new phone. People are helpful and knowledgeable. Ashlee was a great help getting everything done. The only problem I did find out after getting my phone is they charge $40 setup for successWhich Ashlee did not tell me about the fee, I find this unprofessional and sneaky. So they are getting a paycheck plus I have to give them a $40 tip omg!!

The Danielle's store in Manteca is so awful. The music is so loud you couldn't here the sales lady talking. Chairs are uncomfortable sold me a higher price phone which was out dated. Didn't transfer all my information from my other phone. She wanted me to come back to show me, but didn't have time to talk to me because she just wanted to sell phones. I feel cheated and dissatisfied with everything on how I was treated. Didn't show me how to use the phone which has been frustrating. Finally got frustrated and went to the Russell Verizon store And Ashleen showed me how to use some of my frustrating anger of the Google pixel 6 phone. I will not go back to to that store. Ashleen helped save face to Verizon because my husband And I where thinking of changing phone Carriers.
