I’m extremely disappointed in this pool service of late. I’ve had chemical only service for about 2 years. On 7/31 the pool was full of algae and green. I informed them and they told me there wasn’t any chlorine. Isn’t that what I pay them for? I understand mistakes but it happened again.
No one ever came out this past week and chlorine levels dropped to zero again. I shouldn’t have to test my pool chemicals when I pay someone to do it.

We recently had to change our pool company and chose Vintage Pools based on a recommendation we received. I can only say this company is fantastic so far. From draining and cleaning the pool, to putting in a light, replacing filter parts and doing regular maintenance they have done an awesome job! Their communication with their customer is on point as well. If you're looking for an excellent pool service company I would highly recommend Vintage Pools:-)

Don’t work here if you want to get taken advantage of, you don’t get paid commission, they underpay every employee, you will be micromanaged, you will get calls all day about stuff they would have taken them five minutes to find on their own. You will regret working for them.

Terrible Pool Service the guy with the cowboy hat sucks. Had to come back three times. I do not recommend this Pool Service very shady. Try to make me look like I'm just an unhappy person in this world. oh, and one more thing, they stated that I was being disrespectful cowboy made this up I never was disrespectful or called anybody any names or yelled or anything like that these guys are full of s*** and they are liars.

Helpful staff even though they didn't have the anti siphon valve I was needing. Recommended MidCal and they had the part.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a specific filter and when it came in it was not the filter we wanted. Lady told us that what we ordered, and told my husband that is what your wife ordered and my husband told her no it wasn't. I was right next to her when she placed the order. She kept saying we were lying.

I wouldn't mind paying for overly priced products if the staff were "happy to help." This last time was the third, maybe the fourth visit to the store. I get the sense that the customers annoy the employees. Going forward, i'll spend the extra few minutes and drive to Leslie's. The ladies at Leslie's are really friendly and helpful.

Went in the store to buy a couple of items. Service received by the lady shaking her salad so aggressively, was not welcoming nor friendly. I could say a bit racist. However there was another nice lady with dark hair that came out to help me out and finish the transactions. Suggestion: please help your customers kindly.. for the nice lady that helped me I am upgrading from 1 star to 3. Thanks

Hats off to Vintage pool and Debbie in their service department! I have a 3 1/2 year old pool and one of the LED lights failed. I was referred to Vintage Pool Service by the pool builder.Vintage Pool Service came out and diagnosed the light failure after a thorough check of the system. These lights are $1,000 each to replace so needless to say I wasn't happy with it failing after only 3 1/2 years. The Vintage service tech encouraged me to call the builder and the light manufacturer to see if they would cover it, which I knew would likely be a big hassle. Less than 24 hours later, and before I was even able to contact the pool builder or manufacturer, I received a call from Debbie at Vintage informing me that she had already spoken to both companies and had gotten an approval to replace the light under warranty!! She also refunded my initial service call fee! This saved me an incredible amount of time, and money trying to get this replaced under warranty.For a company to go this far above and beyond is just fantastic, and is a rarity in today's business world. I'd give Debbie and Vintage 10 stars if I could (and I rarely give 5 Stars). Their customer service and communication is just top notch and a breath of fresh air.Thank you!!!
