If I give zero stars, I would! You wait for 45 minutes in the line and they don't even have any of your medication ready when it said that it was ready. I have an employee that runs errands , and he literally cried when I sent him for the third time to this specific Walgreens that doesn't know what they're doing. Take it from me and get your prescriptions transferred elsewhere. Anywhere. Literally anywhere.

I'm sure it's fine, tried to call to cancel a canvas order before it they made it got transferred by customer service to the store. Someone there answered and hung up. An hour later the print was made but I'm not going to pick it up

Update June 2023. The pharmacy staff has always been super kind and patient. They are very helpful. I have a complicated prescription and called bugging the pharmacy multiple times over the last couple months and they have always been patient and nice about it. I'm sure I was being super annoying. I have to drive an hour to this pharmacy and they have let me know it's ready so I have had no issues. Update: the pharmacy continues to provide excellent customer service ?? ??

This was the second Walgreens I went to today to drop off a FedEx package. They advertise that they can take FedEx packages but there are printer is never working. I was sent from one FedEx Walgreens drop off location to another one all the way across town just to get there and have them tell me that they take packages as a courtesy, and that they don't have to do it. In the end wasn't able to get my package processed and wasted an hour of time driving from one to the other. Just to be treated rudely.

Place is clean and I generally don't have bad experiences there, but the woman at the photo area I encountered could not have been anymore unfriendly and rude. Just wow. Late 20s to early 30s, Caucasian woman, brown hair pulled back in a ponytail, day shift with RBF and no customer service etiquette at all. I wish I had the super friendly and helpful younger brunette that I had before. She was awesome.

If I can put zero stars, I would! The manager Susan and employee Theresa are very rude. They lack customer service. Instead of helping me in the photo department, they were more worried about their closing duties. Nowhere does it say that the photo center is closed at 9pm.

They are very very rude slow and unprofessional, it takes over a week at times to fill a medication and over half of the time they say they will “order” it or “fill” it they don’t I have to call multiple times for the same thing………. If our insurance didn’t make us change or come to this pharmacy I wouldn’t have ever changed and I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone, I also work in healthcare and understand “busy” but there is ways to talk to people and to treat people

Avoid. Under staffed. Random pharmacy closures do to staffing without indicating hour changes on the website. Phone goes unanswered. Long waits in line. Long waits in drive-through. Walgreens used to be doable. That's no longer the case.I appreciate the quick acknowledgement of a poor review. Unfortunately the review was for potential future patrons. The rest of us have reviewed this same and similar feedback from other customers for years now only to fall on deaf ears, receiving generic, meaningless feedback about how corporate has been notified, blah blah blah only to watch the situation get worse. Please stop responding, it's embarrassing. The pharmacy should be eliminated. Its operational design is not conducive to serving the Sick and elderly. Plenty of reviews for years have informed this business of a very real problem. It's clear that Walgreens management and cooperate simple do not care. Period!

Worst pharmacy! First encounter since switching insurance, and they somehow weren't able to fill one prescription out of three. It's now over a week since they couldn't fill the prescription, and that prescription was only good for seven days after the procedure. So I was missing a big proportion of my medication to help alleviate my pain. They said they reached out to the doctor's office to get clarification, but doctor's office said they had no message or fax. And worst of all, there is absolutely no way to speak to a live person at the pharmacy!!! Beyond frustrating and irritating. Will be finding another pharmacy.
