“So pretty much everything's perfect. However, the return process was atrocious. It took me about an hour to get the return done.And my biggest issue was, I finally get the return.Actually, work figure that out, I get through step one, then the step two, it then resets me back to step one.It took me about twelve to twenty attempts to finally figure out I have to back space after it takes me back to step 12 get to step three”
“Had no idea they had a propane fill station on their property, which makes it hella convenient because it's close to home and there is room enough when we fill the RV propane tank, as well as our smaller portable tanks. Only thing is the wait for an attendant to come out. Summer will be killer! Prices are high, but what isn't? Other than that, we haven't used any other U-Haul services.”
