Mr. Gill was courteous. He acknowledged we were there on time for our appointment and would be with us as soon as he could. He was patient and competent. We appreciated that he listened to our needs, cared for them, explained each step. Made sure our needs were met before finishing.

Was driving through and needed a Wells Fargo quickly! It was a very busy Friday afternoon, but the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I believe it was the manager that checked with everyone in line and made sure that customers were in the right line and got their questions answered.Would definitely stop by again if I'm in the area!

On Saturday, March 25th 2023 at aprox. 11:45 (about 15 minutes before closing) I walked in the branch wanting to discuss an issue with my mortgage. I was a little upset but not terribly. I waited around for a little bit, and then a gentleman, aproximately 5'10", maybe 35 years old, black hair, approached me and asked how he can help. I explained that I have a mortgage with WFB and needed to understand why several of my payments were being held instead of being applied to the mortgage. I've had a mortgage at the branch for many years and needed help. I've also been a customer since 1989. He politely explained that i need to go online and look up the mortgage division as they don't handle that here. I explained that, No, i prefer to talk to a live person as i have been doing for years. I also looked up at the clock and suspected he was just trying to hurry me out the door so they can close up. There was maybe 10 minutes before closing at noon. I was a little stubborn, and a little skeptical (although i later found out he was right). When i didn't immediately head towards the door, he became visibly upset and asked me to leave. Not liking to be pushed this way, i asked him if maybe he could help me instead. He insisted i leave "his branch" and at this point it became an argument. Although no one was shouting, he was making a scene. At one point, he asked an employee watching to "call the cops". The gentleman had a melt down and said i was a racist (maybe because I am an elderly white person and he is Asian? I have no idea why he said that.) He began pointing his finger at me, close to my face, and at one point, i thought he was going to get physical with me. I literally told him to "go ahead, lay your hands on me and see what happens". I think i said this more than once as he was pointing his fingers at my face, and not too far from it. There were cameras all over the place so if he had assaulted me, there would be a video record of it. There's more to it than that. he accused me of being rude to his employees (although he was the only one i spoke with) and he's not going to put up with it. He calmed down some and then told me to look up on my phone the telephone number. I asked him for the phone number, and he again told me to look it up on my phone. I told him i have a flip phone and don't access the internet with it at which he thought this was funny for some reason and then said something like "well, that explains it" (whatever that means). Finally, he told the male employee watching that to go ahead and give me the number. As the gentleman was walking away, he was red in the face and insulting me in front of other customers. Finally, the male employee that had been quietly watching, gave me the telephone number on a piece of paper and i proceeded to leave at this point.

Terrible service staff. They don't even try, just flatly says they are busy and can't see you. Go to another branch. Sadly enough they even referred me to a location that only has ATM and no banker on site. What a waste of time.

Slow slow slow lines are ways long it's too hot to be sitting outside for 20 mins for something that's takes 2 minutes or less. It's ridiculous!!! Like have more workers or something Jesus Christ if I didn't have checks that I have to cash here I would never come to this bank !

The most incompetent branch that exists. They have no idea what they are doing. Tara Zaidi sat on a phone for nearly an hour trying get help and never did help. For a simple transaction and they had no clue what they were doing. Even those their other employee did and even wrote it out they still were to incompetent to figure it out. If you want a trustworthy banker that won't screw up your account id avoid this branch. Wish I could give them 0 stars

Rude and unprofessional staff. Will never return to this specific Wells Fargo. Thankfully I don't live in Manteca. I was just in the area so I stopped here. Such ugly attitudes in the Manteca Wells Fargo.
