About Woodward Community Park
Woodward Community Park is a beautiful and clean park that is a great place for families. It features a nice play structure and two playgrounds suitable for different age groups. The park includes a huge, manicured field used for soccer, along with basketball courts, a centralized picnic area, and space for community activities like Zumba classes. For those exercising, the park has a wide sidewalk around its perimeter, measuring about 1.25 miles with markings every tenth of a mile, ideal for walking, running, or using a stroller. The park is also pet-friendly, providing dog waste bag stations. While generally well-maintained, some aspects need attention. The exercise equipment requires maintenance, upgrades, and repairs, with some stations being broken or loose. The playgrounds also show signs of poor maintenance. The public restrooms are available but can be a bit dirty. There are two good-sized parking lots, and parking is usually abundant, though it gets packed during weekend events. The community takes pride in the park, and visitors are encouraged to help keep it clean by disposing of trash and cleaning up after pets.

Great park. My kids loved playing here. Would return. New splashpad is fantastic as well.

Splash pad fun! With the bathroom accessible, seating close enough watch your children enjoy the water and playground to let them run around and dry off. This part is full of open area to just run!
