I want to take the time out to let Wyatt Insurance know how happy I am with the insurance they provided me. Pedro did a great job going over my coverages. He even saved me some money.Besides insurance, I renewed my DMV tags there where he helped me put them on the license plate.

Beware with the agent at the manteca office, Pedro, he lies about your down-payment, and never tells you about the extra fees, I had a policy with them and ask for an increase in coverage, he wasn't able to get me the coverage I wanted, this was a couple days after I purchased the policy, I got a quote from progressive for the coverage I wanted way cheaper than my liability policy I had with them, I asked him to cancel my policy and asked for the broker fee back since he wasn't able to get the coverage I wanted, and he gave me the run around and at the end he told that they don't give back the brokers fee.Cuidado amigos hispano hablantes no se dejen tomar el pelo por este individuo Pedro, se aprovecha de la gente que no habla inglés, tengan cuidado y mejor coticen su seguro por otro lado, que lastima que en vez de ayudar a su gente la quiera fregar.

Life can sometimes be hard because it gives you the test first, then the lesson. Over the years I've insured with State Farm, AAA of California, and probably one that I've forgotten about. Like all things in life good and bad reputations proceed the business's products and services. I heard of Wyatt Insurance Agency and the DMV services they provide. As a consumer, I never acted on it or looked into this business, until now. I'm the type of person who prefers to drive to a location and see for myself, I'm a touchy-feely old school guy. So, I drove to Wyatt Insurance Agency and waited for a few minutes to speak with an agent. After a short conversation, I purchased my DMV Tags (a lot better than going to the DMV office on Burney St. in Modesto and fighting the crowds) a small fee was charged, happy to pay it to get on with my day. I then got to thinking about my insurance and what the agent said, I'll give you a free quote. So, I pulled out my insurance policy and headed back to get the quote, and I'm glad that I did. I increase my policy coverage, added all sorts of riders, and paid less. I highly recommend Wyatt Insurance Agency and its DMV services. Nothing in life is free and we all have a different idea as to what a small fee is. I suggest that you call or if your old school like me drive to Wyatt Insurance Agency and find out for yourself the type of service they provide and make your decision. However, if you're going to rely upon others to make your decision for you then please consider mine, I am a customer of Wyatt Insurance Agency and couldn't be happier.

Terrible insurance never would start a policy here in my life I would give zero stars if I could I paid on march for my insurance to be covered for Liability they canceled my insurance and I asked for a refund back I never got my refund back through my bank as I paid them through my debit card and I had received a check prior to that but I did not receive my full payment in that check I called the two brokers at this location told them about the incident they specifically told me they would talk to there office and get back to me but they never did none of my proper refunds where sent back to me never again worse insurance ever
