We are in Southern California for 3 months and one of our phones need a new SIM card. We found that there are no Xfinity stores in southern california, so I have called the Xfinity customer service number four times to have one sent to our address in Southern California. Nothing has happened and my wife has been without a phone for 2 weeks. What are we to do? So frustrating. Every time we talked to someone they said they would send the card in the mail to the residence we are at. We never received a confirmation email of the transaction. It looks like we've made a huge mistake by getting Xfinity mobile service.

Mine was good
The wife somehow got her phone locked by T-Mobile. To get it unlocked was a major problem took two days running back and forth between T-Mobile and Xfinity. Finally got it unlocked but something about an invalid SIM card which Xfinity gave us a brand new one actually two. Then Xfinity said it would be 3 days for T-Mobile to unlock the phone we're going to wait and see

Staff seems to only do the bare minimum. Customer service definitely needs improvement. Stock for phones and accessories is minimal as well. have to go across the parking lot to verizon all the time.

Came to this location and was the third person, after me another 4 people came in. And they all had no appointments. Waited for a while Nd we noticed the people that had no appointments got help first. What’s the whole point of making appointments if they clearly don’t care. Honestly this isn’t the first encounter like this. I came in one afternoon to get help how to switch my service for international service and the woman that was here had told me that she didn’t know how to do it. That maybe come another day. What I found insane is that I had been here two days prior and they told me to come that day in the afternoon so the could switch it. How was I getting help if we were leaving at midnight. It’s like some of their employees are useless and careless. It’s their job as customer service staff. Makes no sense to me. I’m switching services to Verizon. I can’t deal with people that don’t care to put effort in their jobs.

Sunday 3/03/24 @ 11:30 A.M.Came in to have my watch setup I was informed that none of them know how to setup a watch?!?. I also wanted to speak to the manager was informer that he is not there , so I asked for the assistant manager. I was told he is busy at the moment!?.2 things to take from this . One have all your staff trained equally, so none of them is indispensable.if no one is knowledgeable about setting up a watch, why not have them trained. If they can't... why didn't none of them get on the phone to speak to someone who could help guide them thru it ( aka tech support).2 stop hiring lazy employees and don't promote or hire people in higher position if they can't prioritize customers who are there that need help. The "assistant manager " Deven didn't even bother to come out and acknowledge me to at least try to address the issue in some way.Conclusion I will NEVER come back to this location. I will get my watch setup else where. Employees seem to care less about the customers here. The body language and tone of voice just speak for itself, and I know an undetermined lazy body language when I see one or hear one. No enthusiasm whatsoever

I first we to Tracy store, very rude and not helpful at all. I went to the Manteca store and what a BIG difference. Manteca was the BEST ever..They will get not only my business but my friends also

Garbage internet. Slow and unreliable. Constant outages due to “technicians working in my area to improve the service.” Funny how the service never improves…if you have a different option for internet definitely take it!

Xfinity and its services and getting worse day by day, I will not recommend this to anyone. #Manteca mayor, please get more internet services in the new development plans so we don't have to deal with this trash.

Not getting the speed I signed for and when I try to contact, I get people who know nothing about services and just lie to me that it will be done in 24 hrs and now its 48 hrs.

For an exchange iPhone order, I was given a wrong envelope. The phone was delivered where Trade in phones are sent. The old manager had no idea what was done; however the new manager understood everything and worked right on the issue. He escalated my case to Tier 3 and I got my refund of the old phone the same day. I am really happy with the service under the current manager. He is awesome and understands his customer needs well. Awesome!!
