I’m disappointed in Xfinity overall. Internet is unstable, trying to get help from support is extremely difficult, the employees in store don’t seem to know what they are doing.

I was told there is an offer for my phone for $1100 if I trade it in and so I did but later when I sent my old phone in they only gave me $700 for my phone but there was 2 employees saying it is $1100 and I had confirmed with them the day before I sent my old phone in and they said they would write a note saying my phone is $1100 instead of the $700. I went in today to add a line and say they only gave me $700 for my phone and so I called Xfinity on the phone and they said that they can’t do anything about it and I just have to continue paying my over priced phone payments because the store employees lied and say I would get a higher trade in than what I actually got.

Went to simply drop off my old router. Had to wait in line behind people shopping and making lengthy purchases. Stood and waited for an extended period of time, just to drop something off. This is an incredibly frustrating and non productive system. There is minimal seating, which was all full, so myself and many other customers were standing. Everyone should have the time they need to shop, but if you are simply dropping something off, you should not be made to wait for an hour of your day. It took about ten minutes of watching the process of this store to be able to identify the problem and come up with a solution. There is no excuse for waiting an hour to simple drop off your old equipment.

This location is disorganized and poorly managed. We went in to trade in four phones and port over four lines. Instead, they signed us up for five lines and charged us for things that didn’t even make sense.
I had to spend hours on the phone with Xfinity customer service just to sort everything out. It was a frustrating experience.
You’re better off going to one of the corporate stores in Tracy, Stockton, or Modesto — they’re much more reliable and professional.

Briana was very helpful and went out of her way to help an older person understand what needed to be done. You need more people like her!

Harmon was calm, cool and very professional on how he handled my phone issue. I was locked out of my device and warned that my phone will remove all data if we did a hard reset. I agreed but then ran into another annoying issue. We almost lost all hope after his recommended options. Harmon somehow figured out a work around to magically get my phone to unlock after the challenge. He then helped with trying to get my old data back even with the hard reset. He did kindly say there are no guarantees but still proceeded to assist. He was able to show me how to check on restore options and as of right now, I am waiting for all data to be restored. It looks very promising. Great customer service! Thanks, Harmon (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong)

Bought a pod from Modesto, since I was in that area. Got it home and it would not sync with my WiFi. I found my old pod, so I brought this back to the Manteca store where I live, hours later with the receipt and original packaging. The girl that helped me did not know how to do a return, so she asks the manager who gives her an excuse. She comes back and tells me we can’t do the return here, you need to go back to Modesto. I asked her is Xfinity not Xfinity? She says, no it won’t show in our inventory. Terrible service, and doing a check about returns, I found out that was a lie. I live in Manteca, but I will go to the Tracy or Modesto location as the service in Manteca is completely unacceptable.

Customer service needs work. Staff claims they can't do it or dont have access to it. Funny they cant access their own system that is unless they sell you something. everything requires you to call an 800 number. This location is only good for one thing and thats pushing product on you. Just got off the phone with customer service, the store is in fact able to do everything that I asked them to do. To test this Theory I went to the one in Modesto and they took care of everything. I highly recommend you avoid this store unless your paying a bill or buying something.

They can not help you at all. I went there five times just to transfer my number from one phone to another, first they kept me waiting 30 minutes once, 1 hour another time and still couldn’t transfer just a phone number. They are so useless. Customer service is pathetic and rude.
