“I had my 1st experience last week. I chose a new vendor as the fancy ones now (SM or by the Airport), think only about business.
Andrea and her assistant at the desk were excellent. Answered all my questions. The guys in the yard helped me load all my supplies. The materials are the same. The prices are 1-2 cents less. The reason why I changed is because they value their customers. Easy load in and out.
I went back this weekend to get more supplies. Finally, I found a company that is like TruValue Hardware again, knowledgeable, customer friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

After several disappointing phone interactions with impatient and/or unavailable competitors, we reached Arthur at Anderson Moulding Doors and Windows. Arthur treated us with courtesy and respect over the phone, explained where we can park, and when we arrived, although this is a busy place, Arthur made himself available. He immediately showed us exactly what we were looking for, he spoke with our contractor and the baseboards were ordered and paid for. Such a smooth and pleasant experience. A giant cut above. “My new smoke detector was run over by a car! Would Lowes on pico near rimpau let me exchange it?. I bought a smoke alarm and 4 other items at this Lowes on Saturday the 10th of February 2024, I was offered a bag and was surprised it was paper.being a bus rider I got on the bus and off again further west on pico.as I was crossing the street on pico and while in the crosswalk the bag tore spilling all 5 contents onto the crosswalk near the curb,rushing I found 4 items and turned to see the smoke detector in the crosswalk.before I could get to it a car ran right over it !!. I went back to Lowes this morning of the 12th and they let me exchange it for a new smoke detector,Wow,great service and people were helpful. Just a hint if you can get to this Lowes early it's much easier to navigate.seems that after 10 am they get real busy and it's much harder to get help..thank you Lowes on pico near rimpau. I will be back.”
