Spencer was wonderful and very very helpful I've been building my own gaming pc and he helped me figure out what I was missing what I needed to upgrade all while explaining to me in great detail why I may or may not need these things depending on my preference he also helped me install the parts I wasn't comfortable putting in myself it very much seemed like he just wanted to help if your in the market for gaming computer parts or help figuring out what you need I whole heartedly recommend stopping here to check it out

I was helped finding the issue with my motherboard. I'm which it wasn't cycling past the RAM and we went over that including making sure all my parts were working in order and even provided mounting screws for my pc, I greatly appreciated the service

I recently had an excellent experience at Tectronics with my HPZ38c monitor. It had stopped working, and I was quite concerned about getting it fixed quickly. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful and willing to assist.
They took the time to listen to my issues and promptly diagnosed the problem. Within a short period, they had my monitor fixed and running smoothly again. The quick turnaround was much appreciated, especially since I rely on my monitor for work.

I had a fantastic experience at Tectronics. My custom gaming PC fell victim to a disastrous security program install at work, which left my drives completely ruined. A quick call to this place, and they not only fixed the damage but also enhanced the overall performance of my computer with a cost-effective yet essential upgrade. The prices here are unbeatable compared to other places I've explored.
Surprisingly, I was in and out much faster than expected, even though I didn't have an appointment. The staff is highly knowledgeable, and I gained valuable insights into maintaining the performance and stability of my custom PC. I can't express enough how grateful I am for all the assistance. This place deserves a rating that goes beyond the highest!

I recently had the pleasure of leaving my Laptop at Tectronics for some much-needed TLC. My laptop had been making sounds like it was auditioning for a role in a techno remix of "The Exorcist," so I knew it was time for professional intervention. After some work, it’s good as new!
