“This is a clean, organized Old Navy. It looks much larger from the outside and is much smaller than the Fox Hills Mall Old Navy in Culver City. I didn't see a jewelry section here but in my experience you're lucky if their jewelry lasts for a season. I came to Century City around 10am hoping to beat the crowds and the store was not busy.The men's section is small but I got some "waffle" long sleeve tops at a great price (they are 60% cotton, too) and saved about half the sale price after quickly opening up an Old Navy credit card. The employees are nice and helpful. They have great sales for the holidays and frequent sales in general. I like how the clothes are fashionable but not out of style after one season. I didn't like the low neckline for the women's waffle top (known as long johns for East coasters) so bought a men's S with a high neckline. It's great and also thicker than the women's version. I don't like how you might feel rushed shopping at Century City mall since there's only one hour of free parking. Old Navy is conveniently near the food court and Shake Shack. If you spend more than an hour here and want to avoid paying for parking, I spend at least $5 at Gelson's and get my parking ticket validated (free the the next 2 hours I think).”

“I bought a buttload of t-shirts $800 @ blankshirts.com and I spent more buying directly from Los Angeles Apparel and Royal Apparel many of the brands I bought @ blankshirts.com are not worth mentioning!After a year of use the Next Level shirts held up better and were my favorites than all the other manufacturers: Los Angeles Apparel, Bella & Canvas, Royal Apparel. Kudos to the person responsible for quality control at Next Level!”
“This was my first time inside an Old Navy and I didn't know I was missing out on these cute outfits and finds. The store was well organized with many friendly workers offering a shopping bag etc. What I was very impressed and thankful for was the customer service. They go above and beyond to help you find the size you need if it's not available in store and have it shipped to your house. We were helped by a wonderful young man with glasses. A great help to my aunty. Totally appreciated since she was looking for these specific pairs of pants for her son. Hope to be back soon.”

“Went shopping for teenagers during the holiday break and they all employees were well organized and pleasant. There was a girl who worked above and beyond. Can't remember her name although mentioned she was 16 and was very helpful and got me a bunch of clothes to try on with nothing but smiles and just took pride in her work. Will be returning soon!”

Christmas sales are up starting at 20% -70% off merchandise. Cozy socks to fragrances couldn't pass up. The customer service was ok .. too quiet, no communication with customers ?. The line to make purchases is at a steady flow.”
“WOW what an amazing place. Soha and her baba were GREAT! The decor is mesmerizing. Almost everything is handmade. I needed a gift and Soha helped me choose a good one. I got a mug that changed color when hot beverages are poured in. She went and microwaved and got boiling water to pour in the mugs so I could check the designs ?. She did the most to make sure I got a good gift for my baba! Highly recommend this unique place!”
