Grace and Jay do a wonderful job of managing tons of incoming mail and packages. Happy customer for the past four years!

Postal Masters is the best! Super professional, attention to detail, and a fun experience every time. I highly recommend Postal Masters especially for shipping with tracking numbers or certified mail. Thank you Postal Masters!

Solid. Just make sure if you have alternate names for the address they know about them. They take fraud mailing and receiving seriously.

I don't know how this place gets any good reviews. They are not helpful at all. And they are super pricey.

July 2023: Postal Masters is a short walk away from the beach & past the Venice Canals on Washington Blvd! Always friendly, helpful & easy conversation! When I want to buy stamps, as well as mail something sooner than later than the mail lady delivers/picks up, I walk on over! Grateful that it's nearby, as I've been coming here for years! I tend to send out handwritten thank you cards quite a bit!

Very very poor service. Very mean lady at the counter. Rude service, dirty, and dark. Waited a long time and was treated very poorly. Another time I dropped off a package and it did not ship.

needed to send some priority boxes to Michigan and these people took excellent care of my needs - much better to do business with than all the negative customer reviews on all the post offices in the near area - think the USPS should take a hint

$1 per page for printing services. Rudely questioned an old lady about whether she could pay for the overpriced printed copies. One star for asking for consent before screwing their costumers. PS: UPS down the street is a quarter of the price.

I highly recommend Postal Masters for a postal box. all your postal needs, notarization, and MANY other services in an exclusive area of Marina del Rey. Owners Grace and Jason have the best customer service, prices and friendliest store in town, greeting you by name! I've had a box here for 18 years and I'm very satisfied!

I was just dropping something off, but the clerk was very courteous and helpful. The place seemed well-organized, neat and well suited to meet the needs of post office box customers. It sure must be nice to have 24-hour access to postal boxes oh, something the post office itself no longer offers.

There is no language barrier here, just a business owner interested in charging the highest possible price for anything they can. The favorite word of the lady behind the counter is "no." The lack of desire to work to a solution was not there. This place will not be getting any of my business. I will go all the way back to West Hollywood for E&G mailboxes this place was a joke.

I would rate them lower but you don't offer that option. They are incompetent, uncaring and ridiculous.

I have had many positive experiences with Postal Masters and have been shipping items from this location many times throughout the pandemic. I've been mailing things much more frequently due to shelter-in-place and I've always experienced prompt, friendly and quality service. Grace is efficient and cares about her customers!

I've given this place a chance, I really have. And I don't usually leave 1-star reviews but this place deserves it. Every single time I've been here I've regretted not going to the tea UPS store down the street where customer service is excellent. I can't speak for any other staff as I've always had to deal with the same lady - the one that's mentioned in other reviews as well. I've really wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt and that it's maybe a language barrier problem but honestly, no. When you get barked at "What do you want" the minute you set foot in the store before you can even say anything, well that's not how I like to be greeted. And it's downhill from there. She's also tried to charge me more or sell me stuff that's not required to send my package, or, like yesterday, when I had a fully prepaid label for the shipment couldn't find the customer copy and accused me of having removed it already etc etc. I'm out of chances to give them ans will not be coming back but rather walk the few extra steps to the UPS Store and hey, there's a Noah's Bagels right next door - I won't need more incentive ;)
