One of the worst locations I’ve been to. Reps are rude and not helpful at all. Stay away from this location. Absolutely terrible customer service.

The reception service was great. They asked me what brought me there and told me that I’ll be called once they help one more person. My initial issue wasn’t solved because they had to call a general customer service line what took a while. Of course, I couldn’t wait more than 30 minutes so I left with nothing.The same day I visited TMobile branch in Santa Monica, where they used a dedicated internal phone to call to support. It took less than 5 minutes to solve my issue.

The longer I have been with TMobile, the worse the coverage/ reception has been no matter where I am, the customer service USE TO BE GOOD, but now you can on being on hold for no less then 30 mins. before you are able to actual talk to someone in customer support~ and then they all read from a script, sweat they'll do whatever you want to make you happy, but rarely do they actually follow through! So then you have 5o call back again!

After a HELLISH 36 hours passed back and forth between TMobile and Assurant by phone (beware of Assurant, btw), I was finally helped by two very helpful, very patient associates at the T-Mobile store in Marina Del Rey. Shoutout to Jaime and Gabriella for advocating on my behalf with Assurant and helping me with my (very well deserved) phone upgrade. If you're dealing with a nightmare scenario as I was, come to this store.

I started looking for a new phone at Costco on Washington Boulevard at the kiosk. I met Susy, who also works at the Marina Del Rey store. She was outstanding. I thought I was only browsing, but after she explained the promotions that were offered, I decided to buy a phone. She was very patient and explained all of the costs and benefits. I decided to do a phone exchange and was very happy with the information she gave me. She told me she couldn't transfer all of my information at Costco but if I came to the Marina Del Rey store when my phone arrived, she would help me. When the phone arrived, I called the store and found out what day she would be there. I went in. She spent plenty of time with me, and did all the transferring, and answered all of my questions. She even made a label for me to use on the box I was sending the old phone in back to T-Mobile. T-Mobile, you are lucky to have Susy working for you. She is professional, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I really appreciate all she did for me.

I came to the store to have an issue fixed with a new phone. Herbert helped me out with my problem and went above and beyond to find the answers I need and get my issues solved to my satisfaction. As a new customer my opinion was a little tainted after my first visit left me with issues and no answers and I would have given a 2 star review but after my second visit and the help I received from Herbert I can say that my option has changed and am glad I made the switch and received great customer service.

Loved this T-Mobile shop. Workers all really friendly and professional. I had 2 really great experiences visits this shop and got helped what I needed and really over 100% Satisfied. A young man Gio and a young lady Cynthia were so friendly, professionally, Skillfully and so helpful. Excellent job Gio and Cynthia! Thank you both so much!! I am really appreciated!!

Best customer service experience adding a line to existing account at the T-mobile kiosk at Costco. Donald E. from the marina del store assisted us and was so thorough and patient in double checking to make sure that there was no hidden or extra charges. Hands down, the best mobile customer service experience ever. Thank you Donald!

This is the worst place to be, the staff keep changing what they said and ignore me after few questions, try to add all the fees on the device I wanted to buy, after questions, they keep turning the balls around, very sketchy, I do not trust this Alisa and her manager, they are willing to lie to fooling their customers, so they can add some unnecessary fee. I will never come here again. Disgusting people working here. After come to yelp see so many bad reviews about this store, I feel much better coz that is what exactly they deserve, the lowest star, is a very accurate rating for them.
