Great cars but horrible customer service. Ordered a car, but changed my mind because of the poor service. The people in the showrooms while very nice, were kids who had no concept of customer service. Everything is done via text/online which I thought was great. However, when you run in to an issue and try to get assistance it all breaks down.

This is a delivery center, not a showroom. So don't expect them to roll out the red carpet and bring you caviar and champagne and treat you like a king or a queen. Leave your ego at home because there are also other people like you who have spent a fortune and are picking up their new cars. You come, check in, sign your paperwork, do a walk through, and drive out. I came half an hour early for my appointment in the morning on Saturday. They said my car was not ready yet. After 10 minutes I started walking around the lot and found my car myself. That was a little lame. Then a gal walked me to my car, hooked up my phone set up, checked that it worked, and asked if I had any questions, then she congratulated me, walked off, and I was on my own and set to go. It was around 11 am on a Saturday and already started to get very busy. The process was efficient but lack of customer service. I actually liked this experience better than a traditional dealership because I didn't have to deal with small talks with salespeople. Plus, I didn't have to get taken to a small room with the Finance guy trying to be nice to me only to sell me extended warranty plans.

Took delivery of my Tesla Today. The two gentlemen who helped me were great at explaining any questions I had while looking over my car. Happy with my experience overall.

My experience with picking up my new 2023 Model 3 was decent, and I don't understand the 1 star reviews. I arrived a little early to my appointment and was told to wait inside until my time slot came. They had limited coffee inside, and no snacks, which was a disappointment. The staff were helpful to an extent - I waited in the waiting room for a long time thinking that someone was going to fetch me outside to get my car, but in the end I had to walk outside myself to the staff outside and ask them about it. Definitely not a 5 star experience, but it is what it is. At least they had clean bathrooms...?Being that it is my first Tesla, the employee who showed me to my car was more than helpful to give me a small orientation and walk through of the various tech features, and the basics to get me used to my new car. The thing is with Teslas is that it's literally a smartphone on wheels. You wouldn't go into an Apple store store, buy a new iPhone, and ask the employees how to set up a specific shortcut. I think people who ask more niche questions are better off looking on YouTube where people show you tips&tricks. The reps at this location are there (IMO) to teach you the basics on how to drive home in one piece. I think if people are complaining that the techs don't know every nitty gritty detail, those people are better off buying a different EV with less tech lol. Also, don't blame panel gaps on the dealership; they are coming from the Fremont factory, which are to blame. Otherwise, I had a decent experience, and would recommend people picking up from this place - just don't expect the best customer service (since their jobs aren't commission based with bonuses).

Where do I start! Yesterday we picked up my sisters new Model Y and the experience was everything. The car was clean and charged ready to go. The staff was extremely welcoming, pleasing, patient and very friendly. They even had treats for my puppy. There was a young lady and a gentleman named Chris who helped us out and when I say went above and beyond when it came to customer satisfaction. This is my 5th Tesla delivery experience amd by far this was the best one yet.

So today I went with my sis n law to pick up her new Tesla model Y from Marina Del Rey. Right away Ramon introduced himself and took us thru the steps of taking delivery. Ramon was an amazing delivery specialist from start to finish. He showed us all the key features and even let my sister n law drive around the lot until she was comfortable to hit the road. I purchased my model 3 in Buena Park and by far Ramon and Marina Del Rey Tesla gave a wayyyy better experience from the name plate card congratulating her to Ramon showing us everything we need to know. Marina Del Rey Tesla Ramon is the man!!!!!

Zero stars is the most appropriate response. It's hard to imagine a place with more inept or disinterested employees. The guy who handed me my keys was nice enough but pretty much everyone there are apparently trained to respond to anything with "I don't know". End of discussion. So, yeah thanks guys for the help.First time I tried to pick up a car here, it had been in a accident. Not so much as a phone call. Like an idiot, several years later now, I tried again and this time the car had minor damage. Do they drive the cars around with blindfolds on here? Anyway, it was minor, so I took delivery yesterday based on the gentlemen above saying someone would contact me immediately to schedule a fix. Someone called today (next day), I mention this, no record of it. Of course not... I told him its in the notes and I have a text to confirm, well he knows nothing and maybe I should call the service department. Call the service department?Great car. Piss poor, pathetic customer service. These 5 star reviews are obviously when you show up and nothing's wrong. Which should be most of the time, although the score doesn't indicate that to be the case, but I felt compelled to warn you that you are really pressing your luck by choosing to take delivery here as opposed to perhaps going elsewhere. Not even saying don't buy a Tesla. Saying go pick it up somewhere else. Trust me. Good luck!

I don't understand how the ratings are so low!! I had an amazing experience here. First off the car was already ready sitting in the front on a red carpet with my name on it. I thought this was a great touch. I went up and told them my name they immediately set us up which literally took less than 5 mins and I was in and out. Our tesla rep asked if we had any questions, offered us water and even took a picture of us with our car.Honestly I love this no frills, no nonsense paperwork, no haggling, no middle man. Everything is done electronically and it's so efficient. I love, love love being part of the Tesla family. I love my Model S and this is our 2nd Tesla vehicle and we have loved our experience so far.Even prior to taking delivery we received several calls from Tesla going over the information and also after taking delivery we received calls asking about any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Tesla!

I had to wait over an hour and a half at the Burbank location for my new car pick-up. My appointment was at 2. I arrived at 1:50. The guy who helped me couldn't find my paperwork. He had to leave the desk and go somewhere else to find it. He returned 10 min later. We finished the paperwork and then he told me the car wasn't there yet. He said it was on its way and should arrive in about 15 min. I went to Starbucks and The Habit, next door, returned in 30 minutes and the car still was not there. I sat in the waiting room for about 10 min and then I was told the car had arrived but it was dusty so it needed to be washed. I finally got my car 30 min later after I got up and asked what was going on. One person said it was being washed, but thankfully, the person who originally helped me looked outside and saw it parked and ready to go. I left the facility 2 hours after I arrived. There was nothing quick and easy about it. If this is what Tesla's customer service is like, I'm scared of what I got myself into.

I can only comment on my delivery/pick-up experience, as I have not yet had a reason my service my new Model 3. Overall the experience here was OK to good. I went around opening time in the morning and it seemed pretty sparsely staffed, with check-in a bit awkward considering the place appeared empty. I was under the impression that I would need to check-in before approaching my vehicle on the lot, but after waiting around for about 10-15 minutes without assistance, I was able to spot my waiting Tesla and just decided myself to inspect it.I had read numerous reports of Tesla's arriving with panel gaps and dents/scratches and other anomalies, but I was quite pleased to find no noticeable errors or mishaps.I was finally greeted by a staffer whom I followed back to the main lobby and checked-in to make sure all information was correct, insurance/financing was taken care of, etc. They walked me to my car which I had already visited, though they handed me the key cards to allow me access inside. Again, no anomalies to note. They had me do an initial set-up and I was there for about an hour just making sure I knew how to do just about everything. When asking about certain, specific features, the staffer seemed to either not know or was unsure of where things were in the menu system, which left me a little off-putting. Nevertheless, I got my Tesla off the lot unscathed, and now I'm just enjoying it. Just the deliver/pick-up was a whatever experience that I wish could have been more exemplary considering the brand cache.

The experience at this delivery center is basically like picking up a rental car instead it’s you buying a Tesla. This is probably the most accurate description possible of this place. Call it what you want

I recently visited the Tesla Dealership and had the pleasure of working with Ahhad. I must say that my experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I walked in, Ahhad greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel at ease. Ahhad patiently listened to all my questions and concerns and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision about purchasing a Tesla. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the different models and features, and took the time to explain everything in detail. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point during the process. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the Tesla Dealership thanks to Ahhad. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Tesla. Thank you, Ahhad for making my car-buying experience a memorable one!
