I would give this post office a lower rating if I could. The depository for packages was broken and not usable, and nobody from the back answered the door doorbell even though I could hear them back there!! if they aren’t going to be functional, they should just shut it down!!

Worst post office ever. Won’t scan anyone’s QR codes, only can use the kiosk... Kiosk doesn't work. Printed out my labels instead. Then they’re not willing to tape a single piece of tape onto a box. They had the tape right there, no one is allowed to use it apparently. I have to mail all my packages another day now.

Mostly helpful if overworked staff at a high traffic location. Usually only ONE person working at the counter at a time! Sometimes two. Each staff person makes sure they take the time to help each customer thoroughly, which can be hard on a long line of impatient people waiting for service. Some of them always give up and walk away every time I go there. EVERY TIME. This is an indictment not of the employees but of their employers, who don't provide enough staff to give adequate service to their clientele. If lucky enough to get service, it's always knowledgeable and good.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. The customer service is embarrassing. Their attitudes are terrible and do not have a sense of basic decency. They expect customers to know exactly what to do and get offended if you don’t. Take your sour attitude somewhere else!

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I dropped two packages to ship out last Thursday 7/24/25, and when I arrived the staff was extremely unfriendly.
No one was in line, only two other customers filling out forms on the table with postal stickers etc. It was my first time there and I waited what I thought was the front of the line, when one of the girls gives me attitude and tells me the line is on the other side (once again, no one in line so not sure what the big deal was?).
I walk up to another lady on the right end of the counter who just stares at me and I’m confused if she’s going to call me up or not considering my first interaction. She finally calls me up and I tell her I need to ship out two packages but need to print out the label (I have the QR code and addresses handy on my phone). The self service machine wasn’t working either, so I couldn’t print them out there. The first girl and the older woman both tell me I need to write the receiver’s addresses and mine on both packages in envelope style, which confused me again since I already had the labels and just needed to print them out. I thought they wanted me to fill out the stickers at the other counter, which the lady sent me back to. I do so and come back to the counter and she tells me to go back in line since she’s “not ready.”
She then calls me back up to the counter and I ask her if I did it correctly, to which she said no, “we just asked you to write down the addresses like an envelope on the boxes.” I’ve never heard that before. She then hands me a pen to redo, then takes it back to do herself, tells me that I’m “learning.” Once the addresses are written, she charges me $24 for shipping and gives me my receipt.
Fast forward to today, Monday 7/28/25 and when I check the tracking, it says that it’s still “waiting for the item.” I’m so confused and try to call customer service to which I only end up getting text alerts for both packages, but not getting to the bottom of the what’s going on. My buyers are worried too, so now I have to go back in person to figure this out. I hope he packages aren’t lost or stolen, and I would highly recommend to avoid this USPS as it is no help.

They are not helpful. I presented the prepaid label QR code, they declined printing it and they refused to print the receipt even when I requested it.

This is my closest post office so I always go here and usually the workers are always in a bad mood so I try to make them laugh or smile but TODAY they were so rude for no reason 😭 I try to never leave a negative review but dang!!!!

Terrible service. Only one person at the kiosk. No priority envelopes available. There were some on one of the kiosks that did not have anyone behind it and the one person behind the desk said she would not make it available and that no one was coming anytime soon I asked if I needed to go to a different post office to get the envelopes and she said yes

They are rude for no reason. It's as if they are mad to be there. Very unfriendly. Not helpful. Poor service.

Workers are actually great.
But lines are often pretty long.
So just a normal USPS :)

Super friendly employee. She helped me promptly with my questions about my envelopes that I needed to mail.

The rudest most inappropriate workers I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with. As someone who works in customer service, I can attest that the people who work here have no training, no clear thoughts in their brain and quite frankly, no brain. They act as if they have never met another human being before. They are not good at their jobs and I would rather drive an hour to another city to ship packages than ever have to breathe the same air as them again. One woman yelled at me for accidentally picking the wrong box up. Learn to use your language. Saw her yell at an elderly woman as well.

on a Saturday morning the line was a bit long, with only one person serving customers when I arrived. When I reached the end of the line, a staff member informed me that if I had a QR code, I needed to go outside and print it myself at the self-service machine. I wish there had been signs indicating this, as it would have saved me a lot of time.
Once back to the self-service machine, the scanner for the QR code did not work, and I had to input my information manually, which was frustrating.
On a positive note, parking outside is free and convenient, located in a nearby strip mall rather than directly on the road.
