*Note: this location is under construction as of January 13, 2024.Location: great location off of Via Marina and Washington Blvd. with plenty of free parking. Because it is under construction, there is only one entrance (which may continue to be the case after construction is completed) on Via Marina.Excellent Customer Service: Christian is one of the best personal bankers I have worked with and I highly recommend his services. Christian is professional, courteous, kind, and treats his customers with respect. I have worked with Christian for years, and he understands people are busy and processes requests as quickly as possible without sacrificing accuracy. Rosa is an exceptional manager who treats customers with the utmost respect and courtesy. Henry is a wonderful teller who goes out of his way during each visit to make sure that all customer questions/needs are resolved.I highly recommend this location and team, thank you to Christian, Rosa and Henry!

Wells Fargo told me to go into branch to fax a document to Wells Fargo (I don’t have a fax machine). In branch I was told that in order to fax a document you need an appointment with a banker and that there were no appointments available.

My account got closed because I had an International address, over 10y ago, but I've lived here all this time, my house in under my name here , that old place was sold years ago before we moved here. Never got notified I needed to erase that address when I first opened the account years ago. They probably sent a letter to the other country but never bothered to call me here ? It was just an update I needed !? They never told be it was blocked either , until we checked online for something else .. WORST bank ever. They did us favor ... closing an account without making sure your costumer for yearsssssssssssss knows about the update that needs to be done? For real.. don't ever work with them .

There was literally one person working today in this branch and the line was super long. And then the poor guy told me that I have to speak to a banker. By the time there were already 3 other people waiting to speak to the banker at the sofa area.I know there was COVID, but COVID is almost 3 years ago. You just need more people to work in this branch if you want to open everyday.

All the employees are horrible miserable idiots including the manager. Make sure you know exactly what you want because they will misguide you and give you terrible advice and make you wait for hours.

Disappointing service received by Abanoub Baskhroun. Attempted to open an account and was denied service because it was 11:40. Abanoub was very discourteous and made it very clear that he wouldn't be opening my account. He was clearly in a rush to leave and told me it would take over an hour to open an account. I work in banking and know that it doesn't take that long for an existing member to add an account. One thing I've learned in my career of banking is you never judge a book by its cover. I felt immediately judged by Abanoub and his denial of service as he didn't think it would be worth his time. I told him I would wait for other bankers and he told me that he knew for a fact that I wouldn't be able to get service today even if I wait. He told me he was the person in charge and that there was no one else I could speak to. I will be reaching out to the District Manager Jose Padilla to express my disappointment. The worst part of this experience is that I was never greeted when I walked in. I sat in the lobby for some time before finally approaching Abanoub to only be denied service. I have business and personal accounts spread out between other banks, I would recommend that Abanoub ask his clients to take a seat and ask a few questions before denying their service, you never know who or what is on the other side of your desk. Extremely disappointed.

Been sitting for 25 minutes and no one but no one approach me or asked if I need help Worse place ever By the way place is empty and no customer service Please run from Wells Fargo and run faster from marina del ray location I don't want to give any star More than horrible Wow - finally someone approached me but I have to wait another 15 minutes. Closing an account shouldn't take more than 5 maybe 10 minutes . Very lazy people Teller told me there were 2 bankers , I only see one doing nothing

If I could give NO stars and instead give them minus stars I would give them -10 stars. I have close to 300K at this branch, which I am pulling out in the morning. FOR ME THIS IS NOT CHUMP CHANGE AND I FRANKLY EXPECT TO BE TREATED AS A VALUABLE CUSTOMER! NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONE AND YOU HAVE TO DRIVE DOWN TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH A BANKER. THIS IS INSANE! 1. I resent having to make an appointment with a banker when you have several standing around talking about what they did on the weekend, and all you need is a confirmation of account or the handling of an estate where all the paperwork is in order and available. 2. Today I came in to request a "Medallion Guarantee" stamp for a Wells Fargo Asset Management account transfer. "A Medallion Guarantee may be obtained from any eligible guarantor institution, as defined by the Securities and Exchange Commission. These institutions include banks, savings associations, credit unions, and brokerage firms that participate in the Medallion Program. The bar-coded stamp with the words "MEDALLION GUARANTEED" must be stamped near each signature being guaranteed. The guarantee must appear with the name of the guarantor institution and the signature of an individual authorized on behalf of the guarantor institution. Note that a Notary Public stamp or seal is not acceptable." I was told by one of the bankers that apparently "Wells stopped issuing them two weeks ago." Seriously! Well then, as far as I am concerned, it is time to bank elsewhere. I drove over to Chase Bank and they were able to give me a stamp immediately. I am done with this branch. They are useless and have been for a while. Wells Fargo has a problem and that is their lack of customer service. I am a therapist for the elderly and write a blog and I am telling them to pull their money out of Wells Fargo because they will not get service from them. My banker at Chase, in Pasadena, on such Fair Oaks, California will get all their banking, as well as mine. At least we will be treated with thought and care.

Christian Corado is THE BEST Premier Banker! I've known him and worked with him over the past few years. He just told me he has worked at Wells Fargo for about 13 years at this point. He has always treated me with dignity and respect. He explains my options thoroughly and without any pressure to make decisions on the spot. I am so appreciative to have him as an accessible advocate for my financial security. It is such a relief to have a banker I can genuinely trust. Thank you! There is plenty of parking for this location in the alley parking area behind the branch and along the other stores in this branch location with many 10 minute parking spots, regular parking spots, and street parking meters.

Worst customer service. Wanted to open a new account & they had 4 people just sitting there, seemingly doing nothing but none of them could handle it? Online is worse.

Horrible customer service. I wanted to leave Bank of America and close my 4 accounts and move over to Wells Fargo in marina Del Rey but they I need an appointment and someone would call me in the next few days ...... I went right to chase and they opened my accounts in 10 minutes . Don't go to Wells Fargo or Bank of America in marina Del Rey.

I go to this bank due to its convenience factor to where I live. As I can walk to it, there's no excuse to not have it as a my home bank.My experiences here can be hit or miss, but as the majority of my trips there are mostly efficient, I added a star for that. On occasion, the ATM's can be out of order but usually at least one of them works. I wish I could type in the exact amount of cash I wanted to the dollar or at least to $5 but I guess that's asking too much. A lovely parking attendant was added to assist with traffic and tandem parking as it can get congested at times - very much needed as parking is next to an alleyway. I must be getting older as now I'm the old lady saying - these people drive like maniacs! In general, the customer service is very pleasant. But I docked a star as there are times when there are tons of employees roaming about and only one or two tellers with a huge line. So occasionally, I wait for quite a while just to complete a simple transaction. Years ago they tried to pitch me products to sign up for to which I always had a snarky remark. I think I had a high balance for a checking account and they would always ask me, "Don't you want to put your money in a safe savings account?" To which I responded, "Isn't my money safe in a checking account?" Or my fave, "Don't you want to make interest on this in a savings account?" No. Not when the interest is basically nothing. Turns out this asking of customers to open additional accounts was required of these poor employees and WF had to pay a huge fine for bad sales practices. No matter, it's a bank. I have to put my money somewhere and this one is nice, spacious and convenient. If I could, I'd put everything under my mattress but this is Los Angeles, so not an option.
