THEFT!!! One of the movers from this company stole a credit card from me during my military pack-out then proceeded to attempt to charge the card for FOUR DAYS after my move out. The mover's name was Carlos and the company did not hold him accountable. BEWARE of this company and WATCH THEM IF THEY ENTER

It's just past 4pm and even though the hours show they close at 4:30 they all decided to leave for the day. We needed to get the car weighed after we packed it for our move. We had it weighed here for our pre weight and we leave tomorrow when of course they are not here. We got stuck in a traffic jam it's not like we were trying to make it right at 4pm but with a closing time of 4:30 we would expect someone to be able to just weigh the car real quick. Obviously no professionals here, just selfish people who value themselves over others.

The team at American movers made my move as easy as possible and answered all questions I had. Austin responded to all emails asap and the moving team were polite and professional!

I was surprised seeing bad reviews for this business. American movers, family owned company, made sure we are taken care of in preparation for our long distance move. They were on time, very responsive and professional. The owner personally stopped by to check if everything was going well. The company’s task was to pack our house and prep it for the move by the actual moving company. The crew was friendly and helpful. So, no complaints. :)

They have certified scale of you need such a service. Very reliable and accurate. However, keep in mind they only accept cash, so have cash with you before going. Also they're only open on Weekdays, No weekend.

DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. This is a total scam, criminal organization that will provide you with a low estimate, great customer service until they show up to your house pick up all your stuff and then claim your cubic feet is much more than they thought. I was quoted $12,500 for my move only to have it go up to $19,500 on the day after everything was picked up. They will take your stuff to some "storage facility", at this point they believe to have you and will ask for 60% of the total bill which in my case was $12K, through Zelle or cash, ding ding ding ding!!!!!!!!!!! you know you been gotten at this point. The DOT number (3092024) they use on my inventory is not valid according to the FDOT Website and their ICC/MC #899784 which allows them to transport your goods across state lines is actually fake, non-existent. In addition look up their business address on google maps, its an apartment complex.
