I love the Marina branch!! Costumer service is great, I go at least once a month usually with my grandson and they are always extremely sweet and friendly with him, a couple of tellers even remember his name!! I really appreciate it the great costumer service they have!!!

I have been doing my banking with Chase for about 5 years now, and it is an excellent bank. The only thing I have a problem with, is they have nothing to count large sums of change, and as big as Chase Bank is they should have change counters in each Bank.
