You can't call the specific store you wish to contact for any reason. All calls will be routed to a national call center where they repeat over and over that the physical location will NOT take any customer calls for any reason. So, I must drive 10 miles to the store to ask my question which requires a human being on site to answer. I just wasted half an hour on hold, went through a million phone prompts and was denied access via phone to the Marina Best Buy. What happened to customer service??

No other place to buy your electronics!! Very knowledgeable floor staff in every category. They take loads of time to explain choices of computers, TVs, everything. Staff will give you insights on value, quality and features that you could never get from Target or other competitors. The repair service and home installation are superb. Geek Squad staff are brilliant. If it can be fixed, they will do it, and with service membership it is often free. Ive been a Geek Squad Member for years, and I have a ton of electronics, so no need to consult anyone but me for Best Buys review. Also, they keep their word on every promise

Purchased a Refrigerator which needed an additional purchase of door panels and door handles. Total cost about $9000.00. The refrigerator arrived but no panels or handles. Best Buy left me a voice-mail that these were cancelled and to call back. The call back number transferred me to appliances where I was left on hold indefinitely. The result is I have an unusable refrigerator with zero action or problem ownership from Best-But.

The absolute worst customer service we received yesterday from a husky bearded man in the TV department. We have never experienced such horrible customer service. I am still in shock of how he treated my husband. My husband approached him asking him a question and he rudely brushed him off telling him to go to the customer service desk, that he couldn't help him. My husband then asked for a measuring tape because he wanted to measure for a larger TV. The employee abruptly told him he did not have one. My husband then mentioned that he just saw one on his desk. The employee said fine with an attitude and gave it to him. He then asked the employee very politely to borrow a pen, so that he can measure correctly and write it down. The employee rudely said, "Anything else you need". He then gave my husband the cold shoulder turning his back to him while he was in the middle of talking to him. I tried to speak to a manager, but they were not available and were only accepting messages. What??? So, I left a message and asked for a manager to call me. Of course, no one ever did. My husband has spent quite bit of money at this store. We will no longer be giving them our business and would rather shop on line at this point. BestBuy has the worst employees and customer service. They do not have the decency to follow up, much less return calls or handle complaints. WORST STORE, STAY AWAY!

Yesterday I had a wonderful experience with a sales associate, Eddie. I was looking for a compact fridge for my apartment. I had looked at Home Depot/ online but nothing worked for the time frame I needed. Eddie was prompt to help me explore options for my needs. Within 10 minutes I was able to find what I needed & get it ordered thanks to Eddie and his wonderful customer service. I will be back! And when I am I will find Eddie :)

Waste of time with this computerized system to get help. Trapping a phone call and not allowing to contact a person to help out is such a terrible disappointment for customer service!!!?

I ordered a stove and refrigerator over 3 months ago. Numerous issues, wrong address, truck broke down you name it. I still don't have my appliances! This place is even worse than Home Depot!

They cleaned my Mac online and only charged $50.00. They just take over your computer and do what they need to. It probably took about 20 minutes. MacBook is working much better.

Having lived in the area for over 40 years I spent many hours in this store. I purchased several cameras from them. Bought my TV from them. Even purchased a dishwasher. And bought several cooling fans from them. I even bought my latest phone from them. I have always been impressed by their staff, who are knowledgeable about their product. They have always stood behind their product 100%.. I definitely trust this store.

Best Buy is a larger retailer for home & car electronics including audio equipment as well as selling home appliances. Customer service is pretty non existent and trying to get help is very difficult. There was nobody at the registers and everyone was waiting at the customer service area to pay or get help. Buying home appliances from Best Buy was a nightmare and the delivery crew didn't speak English and didn't bring everything. I fought with Best Buy almost two months to get everything I paid for. I also ended up being billed twice for my purchases and had to contact the credit bureaus to resolve the problem. Best Buy is alright for smaller electronics purchases but I definitely would never recommend purchasing big ticket items like home appliances.

Simply trying to make a payment and there's not a single person on a register....no one in the front when you first walk in either...are they short staffed or something? You have 1 person helping everyone out at customer service and that's it? People could literally walk out with anything right now

I was in need of a router and I asked a few of the workers there to figure out what would work best for my apartment size and location. They were super helpful and assisted me with everything I would need to hook it up. They even told me if it didn't work, I would have a certain amount of time to come back and try a different one. Very patient and polite with me. Would recommend others to talk with the electronic specialists there.

I have bought several items at Best Buy, while in the store, service is good but once you leave store and need something it is impossible to get someone on the phone. I drive from Pacific Grove out to our local store because their customer service is the worst. Now I am about to cancel the auto renewal on the Total Tech contract and I am forced to do that again. I went on the website and clicked CANCEL RENEWAL and it wouldn't let me without talking to a representative. Once I got on the chat, and told him what I wanted ....he said he can't do it thru there. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!

HORRIBLE experience!!!! Ordered a dishwasher at the Marina store. Was given a delivery date of last Thursday. Even got a confirmation text from Best Buy the night before the installation. Day of delivery, no one showed up!! They flat out canceled the appointment with no call, email or text to inform me. The only way I even found out was because I called the BestBuy customer service line to check on the status of my delivery. Waited on the phone for 45 minutes to speak to a manager. Got disconnected. Called back and waited ANOTHER 35 minutes before being connected to a different manager named Dustin Knoll who made promises of remedies and follow ups and did absolutely *nothing* except reschedule the appointment to today. Last night, I received a text from BestBuy once again reconfirming today's appointment. I once again rearranged my schedule to wait for the delivery. And this morning, they once again canceled with NO reason given. I had had enough! I just called customer service and canceled my order (which took another half hour of waiting on the phone!) As if all this wasn't bad enough, a couple of days ago we received an email from Citibank (which runs the BestBuy financing program) that someone had created a user id on our account without our authorization. We called and spent an hour on the line with two of their representatives to report fraud. Ultimately, the manager told us that they are investigating a possibility of a problem at the store level where issues can sometimes occur since they have access to financial and account information. If you want an absolutely *nightmarish* experience with fears of fraud and have all the time in the world to sit around and wait for deliveries which will never happen, and then spend hours trying to get to a customer service manager who will be of zero help, I suggest you go ahead and buy from this store. Else, stay away and take your money elsewhere. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a business!!
