“This place is great. The place is always clean, the manager that is here on the day we go is always sweeping or mopping the floors. The folding tables are always clean as well as thw trash barrels always empty or being emptied. This kind of clean place makes doing laundry great. Why? Because I don't habe to worry about my cloths getting dirty of they fall on the floor or when I'm folding. The manager here is a great help as well as very kind and friendly towards all the customers. She is always helping to fix a machine if it has problems or if it won't take our coins. They do have a great variety of machines from big to small and I would say usually only about 2 or 3 are usually broken which does little to affect anyone doing laundry. They do provide other services such as wash and dry, and since we have switched and been coming here I can say we have had no problems with our laundry being taken or stopped mid cycle by another customer. The people doing laundry here ar all nice people. I would recommend this place to other family and friends or anyone who is looking for a place to do laundry in the area.”

“This is a great Laundromat! The owners are super nice and always there, making sure all the machines are in great working order. Its super clean, has change machines, and vending machines to purchase snacks and drinks while you wait. Its convenient location is close to restaurants as well as across the street from Safeway.”

The machines are new and clean. They only take quarters but do have a new change making machine, so come prepared.
Reviews are not really my thing but I've got my clothes in the dryer and want to say something about the attendant here, Candi, Una Señora de edad. Every once in a while, one encounters a truly saintly hard working human being. Candi is generous with her time, an excellent attendant, always apparently available, and just an excellent soul. She does small favors for customers and refuses tips.
Whether you live in Salinas or the area or are just passing through and have clothes that could use a wash, please stop by.
I am not related or connected in any way with this laundry, but if you want to experience a great little laundromat and a saintly woman, and if you put off kaundry as I do, this is the place to come. OK. Drying time is over.
Maybe a little over the top, but I'm cheerleading for DJ's My last visit there, earlier this week, restored my faith in humanity . . . Maybe I'll limit that to laundromats.
After being out of town for 72 years, I made my way back year and a half ago. I haven't driven since the accident and live near Hartnell College, so DJs was convenient.
I ubered there the first time I had to do laundry. It was miserable. was i told myself I would never ever go back. I tried multiple machines but they were all broken.
As of this week, the laundromat's attendant maintains everything beautifully. Una señora chiquita, she was so incredibly helpful.
I loaded my washer and realized I didn't have soap or money. There are no ATMs anywhere in the shopping center.
I had to walk to Luckys for an ATM and uber back, but first I called the attendant.
When I got back, my clothes were washed, dried, bagged, and waiting on me.
UpdateI paid the cost for a machine, soap, and dryer, but she refused a tip.
Socks dirty? Walk them over to DJ's. You will have a spiritual experience on shiny new machines.”

“I had a fire at my last apt building, and I had some dry-clean only jackets that were covered in soot and stunk of fire horribly, including my father's leather biker jacket. I came here, they charged 15 for a sport coat and 75 for the leather, which I thought was high. Boy was it worth it. It's been over a month and the leather smells brand new. This man & I believe his wife know what they are doing! Recommend!”

“I had a great experience washing my clothes ,visiting from out of state . Good washing machines for $8, and you get to put enough clothes to wash. The dryers are 25 cents, and you can add quarter's for it to dry like you like , I believe I put like 75cents and it dried Good. The Lady there was very nice she has been there for 30 years. They even had some detergent and fabric softener if anyone is in need. Which I had my own but that was very sweet of her. I will definitely be back . Thank you so much ?”
“Cleanest laundry mat I’ve ever been too!! I’ve been a customer for over 7 years!! I now have laundry coin machine at home but the washers here are way more efficient, and this place is super safe friendly. Yeah there’s no soap or snacks but you can buy it next door at rite aid or ace. Never have to worry about anyone stealing your clothes here that’s for sure”

“This is a great place if you find that you need to do laundry at any time of the day or night. It can be a bit sketchy late at night but not dangerous, just be aware of your surroundings and be sure to lock your car. Good thing is you can park right by the entrance late at night. The machines work well and only take quarters. They're prices are average and there's a coin changer inside.”

“We like going here to do our laundry but a lot of times when we are there(usually Sundays) the attendant has a large number of dryers tied up doing linens from the other service they provide. We usually manage fairly well. W have only had to leave to go dry our clothes somewhere else a couple of times in 2 years.”
