Sadly, I have had such a bad experience with light and motion thus far. I recently purchased a diving light and was really excited to use it on an upcoming trip. When I first tried to use the light, it would not work, I spent a few hours, trying to troubleshoot and go through all the suggestions, but to no avail. I contacted the company and they said that they would replace the light but they wanted me to call when I got back from my trip to request a replacement. This seemed ridiculous as I was returning in a few days and I asked if they just said the replacement out immediately. They said they would. It is now two weeks later, and I still have not received anything. I have made three additional calls to the company and never had any returned. I want to like this product, but the customer service is horrible and I definitely regret spending so much money on something that doesn't even work.

Amazing customer service! Bought a dive light from a nearby dive shop, worked great for a while but eventually had an issue causing it to not work properly, dive shop told me to contact Light & Motion and they were able to take a look at it and get it repaired that day for free under warranty. Could not ask for a better experience, the people working there were extremely friendly and helpful and were able to solve my issue immediately. Will absolutely be buying any other equipment from this company in the future.

Bought a Seca 900 in 2009ish and it’s still going strong, just had to replace the battery a few years ago and also got the Seca 2000. All the light I could ask for on the trail and even makes oncoming cars slow down on the road at night, extremely bright.

I contacted their customer service via email and they said they would get me a replacement base for my GoBe underwater light. Although they never sent a PO, invoice, or any other form to be used for this discounted replacement for my light. I've emailed at least 6 separate times and gotten zero replies other than an automated generic reply saying someone would return my email within 3 days. It has been weeks now. I've tried calling, DM through FB, multiple emails and replies to our original email thread......and absolutely NOTHING! Customer service absolutely is non-existent. I don't like to leave poor reviews but I've given them ample time. Maybe they went out of business?*EDITED 10/26/20 - Received a, reply email and an invoice for replacement unit.

I love their products I have been a customer of theirs for 15 years.. But the Covid pandemic has definitely affected their ability to handle warrantee and repair related issues.

I have a SECA Race that I like a lot. The charger, however, is another matter. It comes with interchangeable plug adapters, but they are loose fitting often remain stuck in the outlet when I unplug the charger. This leaves two exposed prongs, which I presume are hot and which creates potential safety issues.

15 years of night riding and mountain biking, Light and Motion never failed me! I ride over 5 hours in the dark, and 100+ miles per week. These lights are top of the line in quality, features and performance.I use the Seca as my primary / helmet light, Taz as my backup, Vis 180 Pro as my taillight, and Rando 500 as a small handlebar light. In 2020, I am just now replacing my Enduro batteries from 2013 - they still work great and will be saved for emergency backups!Keep up the great work!

Stay seen, stay safe! Undoubtedly the best bike lights on the market. I’ve been using my urban 650 for the past 5 years and my only compliant is that I didn’t order a 2nd for my helmet ?Great for daily commuting and an amazing light for nighttime riding. The company stands behind their work and if you ever have any trouble, don’t hesitate to reach out as they will do everything within their power to get you lit up!

I've used a lot of LnM products including 2 Secas, 2 Urbans, a Taz, and Solite. Love these lights, and the great support from the company. When my pup decided my Solite cord looked tasty one day all was not lost, LnM repair my light and the turn around was fast, and cheap. Mounts have great warranties, so not sure about the complaint below, I've got several friends usings Urbans and have never had any problems... Highly recommend this brand and their great staff, local to us Cali natives as well.

Excellent bike light product (Urban 700). Hi Vis light with a very long battery life. Support crew was very helpful and responded to my questions almost immediately. A+ service.
