9/3/24 Mexican boy working counter needs to learn respect! And watch’s his mouth he was yelling and talking about people where the guest could hear it like me he was working front registers around closing time! Teach that boy some matters or send him packing to Burger King if he don’t know how to talk to people or about people ! Very disrespectful!

I looked online for old navy hours in Marina the morning before coming. it said their hours were open until 7pm. upon arriving there was a sign saying they were closing by 4 so we had 15 minutes to shop and no time to try on clothes. We drove one hour to get here. we were very disappointed. we will definitely reconsider supporting Old Navy with our dollars

Daughter wanted to get some denim pants so we went to Old Navy. The place looks a bit messy and it is sad to see it this way- like not a lot of people shop at stores anymore. There were two cash registers open while we waited in line to pay and by the time we got to the end of the line, one left. I thought, "What on earth would be more important than helping the last customer waiting in line to pay and get out of that store." So we waited some more. The lady that helped me was super helpful and pleasant so I'm giving this place two stars. Otherwise, it would only be one.

Old Navy has cheap quality clothing that is like stuff you can buy at the flea market. The clothes look cheap and the quality is poorly made. The staff at Old Navy are lazy and very unfriendly. They don’t like assisting people who need assistance and some of them are rude. This is a store that’s not worth visiting and frankly I wish they would close down and get replaced with something decent. Old Navy sells junk and that’s my opinion.

horrible... they send the wrong items and cancel your shipment when it's already late only to notify you that the item is no longer available. I'm done with this store.

I went back to Old Navy after the black out about a month later. Never did I get a phone call that their cash registers were up and running again. I looked for the 4 shirts I planned to buy before. Only one was available and I bought it. Just as I thought, surely the clerk just placed the shirts back for sale and never bothered to to call any of the customers as she promised she would.
