The marina ca location is the worst ever. The staff very unhelpful the even pretend they do not hear you.... I would never ever go there again

My doctor had faxed over the form for my urinalysis, but it was not attached or available to my account. the tech could not find it. I tried to verify its arrival prior to going over there, but you don't take calls at all at that facility, your message says if it got faxed you would have it. Well.... you did, but you could not find it. Your message also said, if you did not have it, no worries, you would call the doctor's office to get it. That was also not true, I had to do it. Overall, a pretty disorganized affair.

I love the staff at Marina location. I have problems with my veins and Rory did great job, she was so sweet, I would of tear my hair out.

The staff here was super friendly and knew what they were doing. I had blood work done and felt zero pain so that is an A+ in my book. Not a long wait time and I like the mobile check in option. Will use their Marina location for sure.

My order weren't there and they were so kind and patient while I had them sent from Stanford. Very efficient and nice location.

When I arrived it was quick and easy to check in. The wait was super short and Holly was Amazing she was friendly, quick and I didn't feel anything when she took blood.

Tried making an appointment on line first thing in the am for my wife for blood work, she had to fast so am was the game plan...All am slots were taken for a number of days.. so we went with the directions that it states online that walk-ins are welcome...When we arrived receptionist/ nurse attendant told my wife that they didn't take walk-ins..? After a few minutes she proceeded to direct my wife to sign in on kiosk and wait for next available opening...?Mixed messages...!!!!

I’m always surprised by the mix of bad reviews for different Quest locations. I was late to my appointment and they still saw me quickly, got my blood drawn when I didn’t have enough water, and the phlebotomist (Rocio) was super sweet. I’ll definitely be coming back for my periodic blood work. Thanks, y’all. ?
