I love the convenience and affordability of the unlimited washes and the location is great! The process is quick and easy, which fits perfectly into my busy schedule. However, I often find that my car isn’t completely clean after just one wash, and I usually need to go through twice to get all the dirt off. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time for that today, which was a little disappointing. Overall, it’s a good service, but I’d love to see some improvements in the thoroughness of the wash.

I’ve noticed the quality of washes decline here. I notice the ceramic spray nozzles barely work, and whatever they spray doesn’t reach the car. There’s some kind of sudsy residue left on the black paint even after two washes. The compressed air seems to be much weaker. The cleaned towels are never completely dry, they’re always moist which leaves streaks when attempting to dry.
My suggestion is that more budget needs to be used towards maintenance here. If I can get a high quality wash in one go then I don’t need to go through twice, nor do I need to spend as much time in the vacuum area.
Additionally after several months, I’ve noticed this car wash has left micro scratches all over my black finish. A couple of which are quite visible. I don’t know if I should even bother to complain and raise a claim because it seems the company denies most claims because “it doesn’t match the pattern of their wash”. Easy way out for them. Strongly considering cancelling my $100/month 4-car family plan and going back to $30 per wash at a local hand wash.

I LOVE Quick Quack in Millbrae!! I’ve being going to this CarWash since it opened. Jenny is my favorite employee, she’s always so friendly and helpful, makes me happy every time she’s there when I take my cars for a Bubble Bath! :)

The best prices, service, and tools. I've never come across a car wash place that offers very reasonable monthly payments for unlimited access. Also, I really enjoy the small tool that blows in crevices. This is the best place to wash/vacuum your car, ever!

I recommend avoiding Quick Quack Car Washes until they improve their training and policies. After nearly four months of trying to resolve an issue, I've been ignored by the store manager and denied help by customer support.
On August 28th, my Mazda 3 Hatchback's rear wiper was ripped off during a wash. Despite reporting it immediately and being promised a response in 10 days, I was told it was my fault for not asking to tape down the wiper. Other car washes do this by default.
After multiple follow-ups, I received a letter on September 19th denying responsibility, citing insufficient evidence and a policy covering only items less than 5 years old. I replied, proving the part was within their policy and suggesting procedural updates, including taping down rear wipers by default. The manager agreed to reimburse me after I provided an invoice and signed a release form, but I've heard nothing since October 4th.
Customer care closed my ticket on December 10th, asking for an incident report number I couldn't provide. I'm canceling my membership and advising others to avoid this company due to their poor handling of issues and deflective responses to other negative reviews.
