very friendly and accommodating, patient with my fast talking American English accent and excellent at inferring my meaning. (Hell, I can barely speak one language, let alone a least two!) Able to arrange the flowers I chose very nicely, and quickly as well! Definitely coming back when I need floral services /recommending!
