“My family of five was just on a quick vacation in the area, when our family vehicle died. We spent most of the morning trying to find a shop that could fit us in. Aaliyah's was maybe our fourth phone call, we explained the situation, and he told us he could fit us in in about an hour. When we got there, the shop was busy, but staff was very empathetic to our needs, and even offered to give our family a ride to a nearby food place as we hadn't fed the kids yet with all the commotion. They kept us updated with diagnostics, unfortunately our car engine had seen the extent of it's life. They were very compassionate with our situation, and offered amazing assistance to help us get the vehicle towed 140 miles back home, and give us a ride to a rental facility so we could safely get ourselves home. While we were incredibly stressed, and my kids sorely disappointed they didn't get their day at the beach, this shop made things turn out as good as possible. Do not hesitate to contact this shop for any of your needs!”

I was surprised they didn’t wash my car, considering other Ford dealers do when I get it serviced and I do pay the premium service each month (it’s a good costumer service touch to automatically have). “I have been having my car repaired at Superior for 3+ years and I cannot say enough good things about my experiences. Kelly/Owner is extremely honest, dependable and has the kind of integrity that's sometimes difficult to find at other auto repair shops. During this period I also used Trustlane Auto because it was closer to my house and offered a free loaner. Big mistake!! I was told the car needed certain repairs, which it didn't and I have a whole list of other complaints that I could mention but won't at the present time.Please, beware!!!”
