This UPS store is situated in the same parking lot as Luckys and Chase. There is ample parking, however, it can get crowded. I visit this location often to drop off packages because of its location and parking. Recently, I needed a document notarized and UPS made the process so easy.

Back of UPS store blocking the road for too long, Indian driver came out just to see who is honking then went back inside to continue chitcahtting, cars behind me wanting to go through but this truck didn't move at all while the lady saw it too and did not do nothing.

I had such a positive experience visiting this location with my daughter. She needed to print a brochure for one of her class assignments. We had difficulty figuring out how to print a trifold design using the right margins on pdf. The gentleman and his daughter (I assume I heard her calling him dad) were extremely patient and helpful, making this what really seemed to be an impossible thing. They value their customers and seem to be genuinely enjoying their work. I highly recommend this location.

I love this store. I send stained glass pieces - they always make sure my glass is packed well - they are always so helpful, professional. And so easy to return Amazon here. Bravo Marina UPS!

I've been having UPS packages delivered here for the last couple of years so that I don't have to be home to sign for them or have them sitting on my front porch until I get home. But now, suddenly, this store has decided that they will no longer accept these deliveries, even though they are on the list of places where I can have my UPS packages delivered. So, you guessed it, they just refused a UPS package delivery, and they also refused to help me to get it rerouted somewhere else. They claim they don't contract with UPS for that. Even though they are "The UPS Store." It's right there in the name. Unbelievable. They should not be allowed to call themselves a UPS Store. They lost my business and anyone else I can convince to not use them.

If I could give a ZERO star, I would. I have been a loyal customer of this store for 2 years, paying them for printing, Notary services and other tasks at least once a month. I tried to drop off an Amazon return today, in the original packaging from Amazon, and was told that the box had to be taped shut. I said, then please do so. She said it would cost me $1.00. I had no money along because this was a free return for a wrongly sent item. I asked that she please just waive the silly fee and she declined. Are you kidding me? So I left with my package and, because this store would not invest ONE PIECE OF TAPE into customer care, they have now forever lost that customer.

Employees are nice, fast and they know their job. I went to the store to ship items and notary services. Will I go there again? YES!

Absolutely horrible service. They added 2 inches to every dimension of my package while I watched. Maddy then walked away leaving the tape measure on MY package. I measured myself at which point finding the error. She got visibly upset and instead of correcting her error told me “We usually don’t hand those (there tape measure that was left sitting in my package) over the counter. Absolutely wouldn’t use. They attempted to charge $274 to send a 6oz package to the UK. I routinely send 20 pound boxes with greater dimensions via USPS to the UK for under $100.
