Clean, attractive, well-appointed rooms. Very nice property inside and out. Pool and hot tub were a welcome sight after a day of hiking. Excellent breakfast buffet. Charming town with everything you need before heading to Yosemite. Highly recommend this well managed property!

We stayed one night here on our way to Yosemite. The room is very basic but the hotel has a pool, a small gym (if you close one eye) and free complimentary breakfast, which included hot food like eggs, sausage, and waffles. It's not a luxury stay but you don't go in expecting that, and I'd recommend to travellers doing a similar itinerary.

Great location. We enjoyed our short stay at this BWPlus. The location allows you to park your car and walk everywhere. Our qu/qu room was a nice size. Beds and bedding were great. Bathroom area nice size with lots of storage. Shower was wonderful with salt water-love it for my hair and skin. Only should be to upgrade lighting and add a wall 7x makeup mirror in bathroom. Room had the best/coldest A/C we have ever experienced. Lots of parking with a nice breakfast buffet and pool area. FYI: no elevator but that was ok. We were in room 228 ground floor next to housekeeping room and we were happy. Room was sooooo quiet. Never heard housekeeping nor did we ever hear people above us.

The service is not worth the price. I stayed one night in early July 2025. When I left the hotel, I forgot my earphone in the room and they sent me a form to fill out to send my earphone back to me. They charged my credit card USD$49 and used Fedex ground shipping. I waited for almost 3 weeks and then my package was returned for no reason. I live in Canada and the package was returned within US. The tracking shows 'unable to deliver'. Then I wrote more than 3 emails to the hotel and only got 1 reply saying they shipped the item already. I asked about the contact of the hotel manager and no any response. Until today (Aug 18, 2025), I don't have any information of my earphone and I've already been charged $49. I hope the hotel management contact me and send my earphone back!

You replied that after you ship the lost item, it’s not under your control anymore.
The package should be returned to the sender, which is the hotel. The shipping company will not hold the package if it’s returned. I want to know where is my earphone. The hotel is the sender and should have the returned package.
Also I didn’t mention in my review that the service when we checked in was not good as well. An old woman answered our question with an attitude and was not helpful at all.

Avoid and if desperate try the same brand in Oakhurst - seems much newer but alas we didn't book there...

If you’ve ever dreamed of taking a lukewarm shower while listening to someone else’s kids run relay races in the hallway at 11pm, this is your place. The hot water didn’t really believe in being hot, but fortunately the front desk staff was so genuinely friendly during the marathon-length check-in that I almost forgot I still needed to bathe.
The rooms are clean, pet-friendly (on the first floor), and conveniently close to a nice park for the dog. The TV, on the other hand, is mostly decorative—good luck finding more than a handful of channels or any streaming service that doesn’t give you an error message. Thankfully, the WiFi worked well enough to remind me of everything I was missing.
Pro tip: the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs, which is both a kind gesture and a subtle acknowledgment that you’ll definitely need them.

We stayed in Best Western Plus on the way to Yosemite Nation Park. Pool was closed at July, TV freezing and restarting, juice was few times out of order. Room is big and clean. Overall overpriced MOTEL.

The customer service of this hotel is appalling. I tried to rent their banquet room for a small group of business professionals 3 months from now and was immediately told no, it would have to be cleaned if it was rented to us and they needed it to be ready for the weekend. I asked if we could pay the cleaning fee and was told no. The behavior of the hotel staff was deplorable and I would personally recommend that everyone avoid this establishment. When the front desk clerk implied that cleaning is not included with a rental, does that apply to rooms also? How disgusting is that thought? 🤮
