“First rate experience from the time we pulled up to the time we left. The rooms are period, but modern, the proprietor (Mary) is THE MOST sweet and accommodating owner I’ve encountered in decades, and our experience was over the top AWESOME!! We will definitely stay here again, if we can. Got to stay on the room Theodore Roosevelt stayed in and it was super cool. We ate at a super cool little bar under the hotel called The Hideout and it was amazing as well, in all respects.”
“I wish the prices weren't inflated, I love the BW brand and experience overall, but it seemed unnecessary to pay double the usual rate compared to other locations for that same experience. Yosemite NP is still a good hour away. It's time to replace the carpet. Always appreciate the hot breakfast!”

“Stayed here while going for a weekend trip to Yosemite. Loved it and would definitely stay again. Located in the downtown area of Mariposa in walking distance to restaurants, shops, and bars. Bed was very comfortable and the place was clean.”

“Everyone on the staff was so friendly! Rooms were very spacious and clean! The beds are comfy and 4 different pillows to pick between. The bathrooms are big with great water pressure. Great location to walk around town and not a far drive from Yosemite. Highly recommend! We would stay here again.”
“Amazing location when visiting Yosemite! Circa 40 miles or so to the south entrance to Yosemite and similar ish to the north entrance. Really quaint hotel in a small, interesting town. Overall a very good hotel for the area given the limited options within Mariposa I think. Very good sized rooms and very comfortable room. Bathroom also very good size. Also very clean rooms despite being old in age. Breakfast was the hotel's only low point. Only one hot option and limited cold options for the rest. That said, it doesn't take too much away from the hotel. Lovely staff and lovely gift shop inside also.”
“I love staying at Miner’s Inn when I come to Mariposa to visit family. We were in the Fremont building and on the first floor but I was pleasantly surprised that I did not hear any of the guests above us or next to us. I traveled with my 6 month old and he was able to sleep just fine. The only think I would say needed improvement was the shower pressure. We were really far from the lobby as well, but it was not a big deal. My boyfriend and I love the hospitality that Dallas has shown us as well and we look forward to talking to her whenever we go. We will be back soon for sure”
“Small and simple hotel an hour from Yosemite. I arrived after check in hours, so they had an envelope with my information taped to the arrivals board next to the front office door. Room was small, but perfect for a bed and shower after spending all day in Yosemite. Room had small TV and a refrigerator. Hotel is in a great location as it's walking distance to the stores and restaurants in Mariposa. Would definitely book here again. Just keep in mind this hotel uses real keys to manually lock and unlock the doors.”
