The wirlpool does not work, and that interested nobody. Very unfriendly Rezeption and the whole accomodation was very very dirty. Never again! The breackfast was okay. The Bathroom was awfull and very old.

We knew that this was a motel; but not quite prepared for the level of decor and tired state of the rooms. The breakfast is good. It is a very good base for accessing Yosemite. Hard to believe that this is rated number 1. Bathroom is in a very poor state of repair; motel bedding mouldy and furnishings unsafe. Would not recommend a stay at. The reception lady was not very welcoming and insisted on wiping my credit card in the crease of her armpit to read it. Will not return anytime soon.

Amazing location when visiting Yosemite! Circa 40 miles or so to the south entrance to Yosemite and similar ish to the north entrance. Really quaint hotel in a small, interesting town. Overall a very good hotel for the area given the limited options within Mariposa I think. Very good sized rooms and very comfortable room. Bathroom also very good size. Also very clean rooms despite being old in age. Breakfast was the hotel's only low point. Only one hot option and limited cold options for the rest. That said, it doesn't take too much away from the hotel. Lovely staff and lovely gift shop inside also.

We stayed 2 nights in Mariposa. The people working there are very nice, had the feeling i could ask them anything and they’d still try to help me! Had a few questions about Yosemite and the all park pass and they answerf all my questions. The rooms are clean but a lil old looking. Still nice to stay in! Nice pool. Breakfast was basic but good. This is a great place to stay if you want to visit Yosemite!

I absolutely must give Amanda a stellar review! She managed to find me a room even though I arrived very late, without a reservation. She managed all the details with a professional, courteous and cheerful attitude that was above and beyond! Management really needs to understand just how valuable an employee like Amanda really is. She is an asset to your business and deserves to be promoted!! I rarely take the time to write reviews but, Amanda ROCKS!

High rates for a room that, at best, could be called clean. The TV was fuzzy, the room key took a few trials to work, and the property, in general, appears in disrepair.

The staff of the Miner's Inn are wonderful people. They are very helpful and quite knowledgeable of the area's attractions, especially Yosemite National Park. There was a problem with our room key and we had to have it re-keyed after every use. The room itself was what you would expect for the price. What was terrific was the fact that we were allowed to smoke on the balcony. Most hotels/motels don't allow that any more. They just ask that you don't leave your butts and ashes all over the place. The bed clothing was clean and the bed itself was mostly comfortable. Of course, this is subjective. The fireplace was a bit of a letdown, but it did provide heat which was important as it was quite cold outside. This hotel is situated ideally for those who are wanting to visit Yosemite and other attractions in the area. And, finally, the oversized spa tub was AWESOME!

The rooms are very cute and charming. The design and furniture are old but good quality and clean. The breezways need to get cleaned up and room appliances could use some help. Overall a great location. The view is also amazing!

We enjoy our stay there! Room has everything you need, quite spacious and clean. We had a real helpful advise from the front desk regarding our questions, so, thanks, guys! Breakfast is awesome:) liked it! We really recharged our batteries before the Yosemite. With warm wishes! Take care:)

The Hotel is conveniently located for people like us visiting the Park. I feel that if it had been a different time in History, (pre-Covid) the grass would have been greener; landscape better maintained, newer linens and other upgrades would have been available. STILL, the room was clean and so were the linens. The water normally allocated to landscaping was being used to fight the 16 wildfires devestating Northern California. We felt lucky to secure a room and that the Park was open. The Staff at Miner's Inn are doing a very good job with very little resourses. They were extremely professional and helpful. Me and my Family are praying that they will be able to hang on through the Fires, Covid Epidemic, Lack of Staff and proper Revenue so that we might be able to visit the area again. Thank You for making our stay at your Facility such a wonderful memory. We were celebrating our Brothers 76th Birthday.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and gave some helpful advice. Hotel's continental breakfast was good. Location of hotel is convenient and quiet. Room was clean. We did not have time to swim in pool, but it looked great.
