The employees here don't seem to be very knowledgeable about the parts they are selling, more than half the time, I have to take the parts back and have then give me the right one, because I didn't give him the wrong one. Make sure to have them double. Check the part before you leave.In other words, you're going to be making multiple trips, trying to get the right part right

A cayenne turbo mass air flow sensor is all I wanted and they sell me the wrong part, small towns man has proven that no customer service exist they suck few years ago sold me a defective mass air flow sensor for my Buick tripled my fixed bill they suck

Great service! I have a rare tire and they helped me to order our snowchain in advance. However the weather was really good and we did not use our snowchain. They gave us a full refund for unused snowchain.
