The staff was friendl, efficient, and caring, especially Tina at the receptionist desk. She answered all my questions about my kitten, Girilla's spay surgery and went over and above by bringing my pet to me when I had a transportation issue, so I didn't have to pay boarding fees and my kitty didn't have to spend the night.

We took our animals to Dr. Ritter for over twenty years. He is a compassionate and caring veterinarian. His prices are reasonable and he doesn't try to gouge you for unnecessary procedures. I can't say enough about his staff! They're always friendly and make you feel like family. I hope that I'll find another veterinarian in our new home town even a little like Dr Ritter.

I walked in today to ask about making an appointment for my sick 14-year-old Siamese cat named Snickers and ask about supplements that Dr. has in his office the lady receptionist was so rude and said my cat hasn’t been seen for in 4 years we can’t help you unless “it’s” been seen by the doctor! She was so snarky and rude I had to walked out of the office to sit in the car for a few minutes.before walking back and asked for the doctor to call me at home she called me a few hours later to tell me the doctor can’t talk to me. I told her that this is concerning a private matter and she refuses to tell Dr.Ritter, Receptionist is going to ruin this man’s business I guarantee that!

Hard to get an appointment but worth the wait. These people care about your pet and go the extra mile to make sure your pet is taken care of.
