Hours: Straus Home Ranch is a magical venue with wonderful staff. Michael and Vivien are absolutely wonderful to work with, responsive, helpful, and genuinely good, salt of the earth folks who care about your event being everything you want it to be. They are hospitable, gracious, flexible, and supportive, making people feel at ease. The location is unbelievable, with amazing views, a majestic barn, grand landscapes and trees, textured interiors, and warm lighting. It is a photographer's dream venue and a fantastic backdrop for capturing memories. The housing is perfect, including the newly built Calf House. A wedding coordinator is familiar with the venue and is a total pro, with a perfect balance of covering off the details while emanating calm and positivity. Planning a wedding requires lots of coordination and DIY elements, but the team and views are worth it. Guests can enjoy the great outdoors, shuck oysters, and say hello.
