Amazing setting, tasty food but eating inside can be loud. There is outside eating which is right along the water.

Charming little place in point Reyes, but the service felt a little like scant and dismissive. The food… was hit and miss. The bread- good. The oysters and the sauce- amazing. The mushroom soup left a lot to be desired. The clam chowder was decent. A lot of clams. The pie was also amazing. If you’re looking for some yummy oysters, but nothing else? This place will deliver.Kid-friendliness: Gave the kids crayons and coloring paper.

I did not like the food. They don't offer any diet drinks other than ice tea and water.

The food was good, but I think it is very expensive for what it is. Plus they served me champagne in a glass of water. And the bread was a little burnt for my taste. Oh and there is a waiting line. Overrated I would say.

The service was like any place. Some were superstars, and others couldn't be bothered. But the superstars won! The Fish and fries were incredible - best fries I've had in a long time. It's situated in a very rural area, but the drive is worth it. The building is right on (next to) the water and place is nice.

The location of the restaurant is beautiful but that is where the good ends. Our server, Tracy, was unable to answer any questions and was uninterested in finding the answers. We went ahead and ordered. We got our drinks and our food. The Oysters were okay but nothing I can't back home, my crab was HORRIBLE. It had an entire stick of butter congealed onto it with what appeared to be an attempt at seasoning. All you could taste was butter. $50 to eat a stick of butter was disheartening. However, I was still happy about where we were UNTIL we continued to not receive any service. Our server never brought us bread, never refilled our drinks, never checked on us (so I couldn't get the Lemons needed to choke down my crab). Then it took us 20 minutes get our bill. We finally get our $200 bill and see that they've charged an $8.35 employee wellness fee! They removed that after I pointed out I was unwilling to pay a wellness fee for an employee I never saw. The worst part was the table of four that sat down and ordered 2 minutes after us, still had never even received their food. This place was atrocious and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Very fresh, incredible oysters but VERY expensive. $84 for 24 oysters. I'm only comparing this to my local Whole Foods which sells $2 shucked oysters.
