I can’t believe how rude the loan people are at this place horrible customer service and just really rude. I called in because I was put on disability because I had broken my finger. Extremely worried about my next paycheck. I called to see if I could get a skip a payment on my car which I had done before, and the lady I spoke with was extremely rude from the beginning of the phone call and I asked if I could speak with her supervisor and she told me no she will first I just can’t believe considering somebody’s having hardship how rude somebody could be it’s not like I was asking anybody to pay my car payment or is asking not to pay the car payment I asked for skip a payment and it was just crazy how rude somebody could be

This is a great bank, always nice and very helpful! I was a bit Leary when it moved from CCCFCU to 1st NorCal, but everything has been seem less since then.

-- UPDATE 5/15/2023 -- So we got to the bottom of the issue and it appears to be my fault. Seemed like when I enabled auto-payment on the loan I needed to specify the number of payments that I wanted to process. Sadly my math was bad and I was 2 short, hence the non-payment. I received several emails and calls from highly motivated 1st NorCal executives determined to solve my problem which they did!

Horrible. I've been a member for almost 30 years. For most of that time CCCFCU was great. Several years ago they outsourced their calls to an answering service and it's been terrible ever since. It's extremely difficult to speak with a competent person to have even have your most basic questions answered. We'll be moving on to another bank.

Trying to pay my car loan was a nightmare. Long story short, I didn't have my membership number. The coupons they provided to pay the car bill are useless. They don’t have a membership number but they do have a reference number that is also useless.Finally, I Requested to speak to a supervisor to file a complaint and express my concern with their lack of security questions options, which without, you can’t retrieve your membership number to pay your bill.I spoke to a supervisor who was no help. I answered all the requested questions and then was told he didn’t have the access to retrieve my membership number. I askedhim to transfer me back to the original person I spoke with. He was going to retrieve it in the first place. The supervisor told me he didn't have the capability to do that either. I terminated the conversation and wasnt able to pay my car bill. Obviously he was incompetent.I called back and spoke to another person who resolved the matter within 5mins. I was probably on the phone over an hour with them.

Inconvenient business hours. Not open on Saturdays. Tellers do only what they need to, like your inconveniencing them. I tried paying off my loan they wanted to charge 20.00 to use over the phone, When they made it where I couldn't do it they ATM. Went with Golden1 cu, and it's like night and day. Sorry I waited so long. The bad ratings are justified. Now they are posting a late payment for 20.00 balance . OF COURSE THEY WOULD. Go with Golden one or any other CU

This is the fifth car I had a loan with the credit union. The first four had no issues. This last loan, the loan agent was very rude and I complained about her to her manager after last year having DMV registration problems. Now, I am stuck in line again this year with DMV, waiting for a “vin verification” and new late penalties again, because someone reported the car as out of state, which DMV suspects was the lien holder. Seems suspicious.

This "credit union" is as bad or worse then a regular bank. Go to a real credit union like Travis, unify, Patel Co. Anywhere but here

Horrendous service.They sent me a new card because they made an update to their card system. The letter that came with it said that my original card would continue to work for the next month.When I tried to set up the new card,, the automated phone system said they were unable to activate my card. Which is fine, because my original card was working just fine…. Except that it wasn’t.Next thing I know, I’m in the check out line buying work supplies that I need to have delivered to a job in the next hour and my card is declined. I just checked my balance and had more than enough funds.I contacted card services and their only solution is to have someone call me the next day.I need a credit union I can trust. I use this card for business purchases and when I travel. What happened when I’m 1000 miles away from home with no access to my funds because they’ve canceled my cards without warning?

Opened up Checking and Savings at this location Friday the 8th and I got nothing but great service and very friendly staff. As I was sitting there customer service was outstanding as each person came in. The security guard out front was very friendly and opened the doors for customers.

I was so lucky meeting an expert account manager like mrs victoria crypto She is so reliable, trustworthy and very honest. I was so scared of investing on bitcoin because I have heard a lot about scammers but I just had to try with mrs victoria crypto because I wasn't stable financially and today I have realize how interesting it is to be stable financially with the help of bitcon who is always there for the traders and I want to thank you for your help and love you showed me, now you have made my life so beautiful you're the best manager I can recommend everyone to work with, thank you mrs victoria crypto???

I have been a satisfied customer for about 20 years. Great customer service on 2 car loans and they were super helpful on a loan 10 years ago. Unfortunately I will be parting ways with them as I am moving out of the area. Hopefully will find another institution that has similar professional skills and services. I have tried to use their app so that I can see my bank statements for years and I have never been able to. This caused me distress and difficulties as I also had an employer that wouldn’t pay me on time. The result was that I would have to drive to the bank every week just to see what I was payed. I tried to “fix” my accounts multiple times throughout the years. And the employees tried to help but I never got to have my online banking statements as most people do. For some particular reason, I was always Locke spit of my account and it never got fixed no matter how many times I called support. I would be given a temporary password and it wouldn’t work still.I don’t recommend.

WHATEVER YOU DO DONT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM! They are not up front with their customers about anything! They have screwed us bigtime! We moved across the country and they won't let us have access to our money except through the debit card. When we went to wire money to the title company for our new house they said we could only wire $10,000 a day. My husband is back in California and we can't send him money from our account either. WHY WOULDNT THE BANK TELL IS THAT PRIOR? WHAT A FU*KING JOKE!!!!!! We are closing out our accounts as fast as possible. **** Update! AND NOW THEYVE BLOCKED MY CARD FROM SENDING MONEY THROUGH VENMO! My husband needs money... they wouldn't let us wire him and money... he can't come pick up a cashiers check because they're "not allowed to do that" and now they've BLOCKED ME FROM SENDING HIM MONEY ON VENMO
