Very nice service there. The employees were very helpful choosing the wash that they recommend for bug removal and everything went well and it's squeaky clean.

Terrible! So expensive. Lazy workers. The staff was asked why is wasn’t cleaned properly and no one took any accountability or offered to redo the job. Waste of $52

Nice place and staff. Thorough work on car. Does not take over 10 mins. Avoid taking the membership as that has been put on auto renew. Rest everything is good.

First time visiting this car wash, the lady upfront rushed me , She automatically chose the package for me didn’t even give me a chance to choose, the outside of my car was very clean, but on the inside, not so much in the package it stated that it include leather seat, wipe down, and they did not clean My seats as stated in the description, I was highly disappointed, and they had an attitude when I asked for a rag to wipe it down myself, I was not able to submit an online. Customer service form will never return.

Crazy hours!!
Tried to get a car wash at 5:15 on a Saturday and everyone was walking out to leave..
I guess I'll take my 💰💰 somewhere else 🤷

I paid for the top of the line wash and my car was done in 5 minutes looking almost exactly the same as it did when I pulled up.

Used to come to Autopia’s a lot growing up (Peralta/Dusterberry).
Can’t believe the pricing for a machine wash. My car was still dirty on the outside afterwards, with streaks and all, and I vacuumed my own trunk (when I paid for the package with trunk vacuum)
Pro’s: Staff was friendly and the inside of my car was clean.

First time using this location and will never be going back! We have a tray of loose change in our car and planned to use the quarters afterward to put air in the tires. We didn't have a good way to carry the change while they cleaned the car so we left it in the tray (our mistake and will never do that again). When we got our car back, all of the quarters were gone! And ONLY the quarters. When we asked the person where the money went, he said the vacuum must have sucked them up. Why the vacuum would only pick up the heaviest coins didn't add up... They checked the vacuum and didn't find any quarters (shocker) and told us they don't know where the money went. Also the front windshield wasn't properly cleaned on the inside and had streaks.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the Autopia location in Alhambra Martinez. The manager, Rachel, consistently has a rude demeanor and an incredibly poor attitude towards me. I'm not sure if she treats other customers this way, but it's unacceptable. It's clear that a change in management is desperately needed at this location. I cannot recommend this place to anyone until there are improvements in how customers are treated. Zero stars.

cannot stress enough what a shotty business is. One of their workers quite accidentally damaged part of the electrical seats in my car. They said they would fix it. It took months, and when they did, they actually made it worse and then wouldn’t pay to have it done at Volkswagen or it should’ve been done in the first place, what should’ve been a simple $120 repair is now a damaged $7000 driver seat.

Prices are amazing and they did an awesome job. Fast in&out service. I hear it gets busy but absolutely worth every penny. Would recommend 100%
