No drive-through here, but ATM is accessible 24 hours a day. It's not usually crowded when I visit.

The staff was very helpful and funny. The line moved quickly as they had three tellers ready at opening and had everybody through with their business completed inside of 7 to 10 minutes. Very efficient and well managed. I would definitely come back to this branch if in the area.

No stars for this bankI received a Chase debit card in the mail for a savings account I never opened. It was done online on 3/23/23. I called the 1-800 number and was told to go to the bank and report it. The 1-800 number was in the Philippines. I went to the branch and Martha looked it up and told me it would drop off in 30 days. She told me to get a notarizedLetter and report to credit bureaus. I have to prove who I am but the person who made this account online doesn't. Horrible business practice and customer service at Chase. I will note that I was the only person in the bank. Ive wasted hours of my time on what Chase allows.

I did not like my experience at this Chase bank, the teller had a very bad attitude and did not display good customer service, I will not be coming back.

I had over $400,000 but when I went into the bank I was rudely ignored. Employees at this branch like to involve themselves in their customer's private family business. I will never forget how I was treated there.

If I could give this place a zero I would!!! Ever since I opened an account with these people it has gone downhill every SINGLE TIME! Long story short I've been hacked into my account 3 times in the last month. Everytime that happened ... I would call the fraud department and they didn't heIp at all. Said they couldn't do anything for me but freeze the account. I went in there personally to find a solution. After taking the day off because I was determined to find what was going on . SUPPOSLY found a " solution "went home everything was well , waited for the debit card to come in the mail . And as soon is it got here and I use it ... again they get into the account.

This Bank has a sign that says closed due to an emergency. They didn't even let anyone know about this. Traveled from Stockton CA to Martinez CA to do some night work just to turn around and go home in rushhour traffic and an accident on Hwy 4. What a pain in the back side. Thanks JPMC Chase Bank!!!! ????

I opened a chase account for ease of moving funds between banks. My uncle sent me money in person from his account after a whole disaster of my mom trying to transfer money to me for a gift using their online platform and blocked her entire account because she transfer $1 to my account to test and it was considered unusual activity when using zelle to transfer $1999 which is the max limit for the day even after submitting all her account number and all security information on the online platform. Ridiculously her entire account got locked and she cant login online even with her account info and password. Afterwards, my uncle had to transfer funds IN person at his Chase bank to my chase account I was told by Chase representative that it was available online and I can pull it out in person. I even called them to make sure I can withdraw the money. I go in the bank with driver license and US passport and they say oh you dont have debit card initiated in your account we cant give you the money. I had to go back home and go online wire the funds to my own bank and pay the wire fee. In the middle of covid this is annoying. I dont even want the money to sit in this horrible bank. That is just ridiculous! I would NEVER EVER USE A CHASE BANK and telling everyone I know it is the most horrible from online banking to in person banking. Excessive security checks but on real people and real accounts makes you loose customers. Good thing I am not in urgency of using the money but if someone needs money urgently you will be stuck. The horrible chase bank I went to in person is located 4201 Alhambra Ave, Martinez CA. Two ladies at the front counter keep checking my id. Come on its a US passport and driver license. What else you need?! Their problem is not only in person but the WHOLE SYSTEM from online navigation, security, to the whole in person banking. Due diligence doesnt mean take forever and waste your time. Their online ux/ui makes no sense from a designer point of view. When I use online banking for other banks I never have a problem and so frustrated. Never ever get a chase bank account. Go with Bank of America or even online Ameritrade/Etrade platforms that give you savings, checking to IRAS. True banking experience is to create a fast and efficient environment where information is direct to the point and you can move money around easily. No one has time with CHASE bs.
