Contra Costa Spay & Neuter is a well-organized facility with clean kennels and separate entrances for cats and dogs. The staff is mostly kind, helpful, and supportive, making the process easier for pet owners. However, there was an incident with a staff member being rude. Overall, the team provides clear information and excellent care, ensuring pets recover well after spay and neuter surgeries.
Most of the staff were kind and supportive, which I deeply appreciated while bringing in five puppies. However, one staff member was rude and cold, making an already emotional process much harder than it needed to be.
